Little Artist Learning Center [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Attn: Mrs [redacted] This letter serves as a response to the accusations made by [redacted] on 10/07/ Little Artist Learning Center is located on [redacted] *** [redacted] **The legal owner before the State is my daughter [redacted] *** My daughter and I are partners, my title is a Comptroller which entitles me to supervise the Diirector, personnel, and have direct contact with parentsSince my daughter works as a social worker in [redacted] In Regards to the accusation of harassment to [redacted] 's Fiance's at his place of employmentI am letting you know that the only contact I made was via a phone call, never did I go to his employment , and the reason of my phone call was due to the concern that their son [redacted] had not been present at the daycare for over a week and both parents failed to notify us, we made several attempts to first contact [redacted] via her cell phone, even a text message was sent to her and we did not get a response from her, at the time we opted at contacting Mr [redacted] at his employment but we were unsuccessful(we were concerned for ***'s health as well as if he was going to continue with our servicesit was unusual for us not to hear anything from the entire family for week since [redacted] had been in our care for over 1year.) We did leave a message and the only thing said was please let Mr [redacted] know that Mr [redacted] from Little Artist Learning Center needed to speak to him, that personal to please relay the message to him If Mr [redacted] or Mrs [redacted] feel that this is harassment please have them provide proofdate,and time of who Mr [redacted] spoke to in person with evidence that he was collecting money at his place of employment(we have other sources to collect delinquent accounts) [redacted] has been enrolled with Little Artist Learning Center since 9/13/16, Retention of documents with the state is daysI am providing to you their sign in and sign out information for the past monthsAnd I am providing the Statement information from Jan to Sept Tuition Fees are charged in advance before services are rendered at our Center, Mrs [redacted] got behind In the month of June when she paid only when she was paying $and she was paying one month behind , for that reason she still reflects a balance of $with $of late fees totaling A balance of $If additional information is needed please do not hesitate to call ( [redacted] or email at [redacted] Thank you in advance for your cooperation to this matter [redacted] Little Artist Learning Center (Comptroller)

Tuition Fees are charged in advance before services are rendered at our Center, Mrs. [redacted] got behind In the month of June 2017 when she paid only 240.00 when she was paying $320.00 and she was paying one month behind , for that reason she still reflects a balance of $480.00 with $25.00 of late fees totaling A balance of $505.00..
