Little Auto Shop On The Prairie Reviews (%countItem)

I had my 2008 Buick enclave fixed at little shop on the prairie, he quoted me 20 hours to complete this job, which was the timing chain and rear main seal. He had my vehicle for 5 weeks. Once he had my vehicle I kept asking him how long is he going to have my car and he kept giving me all kinds of excuses. After about 3 weeks of having my vehicle he told me he should of never taken on this job*** This concerned me but the job was already started and I couldn't back out. I wish he would of told me this before he started. I dropped my vehicle off on September 17th and got it back October 24th. Once I got it back it was leaking oil so bad, I couldn't believe he gave it back to me. When I told him about the leak he said keep an eye on it for a while and let him know how bad it is. I couldn't drive it at all. He finally took the Enclave back on October 29th he said it looked like the vvt solenoid o rings, then he said it was the valve cover gasket, which it was, but the vvt o rings were leaking as well which he never fixed. The enclave still has very bad oil leaks. Once I got the car back this time I looked over the vehicle and noticed there were a lot of issues with the car. The issues were as follows:
- there were four bolts that hold the rad cradle to the sub frame that were missing
- A bolt missing on the valve cover
- Coolant lines were leaking
- it was leaking oil so bad and the motor was such a mess I couldn't tell where it was leaking from
- My wiring harnesses were not in the right spot and lying across the exhaust
- The boot for the steering knuckle had no clamps on it
- it started making the same noise as it did when my timing chain started to fail before he fixed it.

When I took the vehicle back to him and he didn't want to look at it or take care of any of the problems, he told me all those problems were there when I brought him the vehicle and the noise is probably a valve slapping because it is an old vehicle and he said it was a new timing chain. I had this problem diagnosed from another shop and the noise is for sure coming from behind the timing cover which they told me it could be a couple different reasons the most common is improper installation. I spent $5000.00 dollars on this vehicle hoping to drive it for at least two years and I haven't gotten two months out of it. All I ever wanted was for him to make it right, I paid a lot of money for very poor service and quality of work. I have had taken a vehicle to him to get safetied and I found out that should of never passed *** I would like my money back for this job so I can take it somewhere else and have it done properly. I feel I have been extremely patient and respectful with this issue and for him to not want to make this right and make up all kinds of *** is very disappointing. I paid a lot of money to Little Shop on the Prairie and at the end of the day I am left without a reliable vehicle and no support from Little Shop on the Prairie. My hopes of resolving this issue with Little Shop on the Prairie are slim but hopefully he wants to finally make this right.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back for this job so I can take it somewhere else and have it done properly.
