I am writing this response to a complaint made against me and my company Littlebear Automotive from said customer [redacted] He stated in his complaint that I did not complete the repair that was done on 05/25/which is a completely statementI changed his front coil springs, valve cover gasket, and also his front and rear shocksMr [redacted] supplied his own parts with the exception of the front coil springsMr [redacted] signed the completed work order and was also allowed to pay the bill in payments as a courtesy to himMr [redacted] even scheduled another appointment at a later date to do another completely and separate repair on his brakesMy response to this is why would Mr [redacted] schedule me to do another repair on his vehicle if he felt the first repair was not completed or incorrectIn addition, regarding the warranty, I advised Mr [redacted] that as a policy I would not warranty any repairs on parts to which the customer suppliesMr [redacted] chose to ignore my policy and supply his own parts regardlessAs to the second part of his complaint, Mr [redacted] did not show up or call to cancel his scheduled appointment to get an estimate on a brake repair jobI lost work and money as I kept that time slot open for him and did not schedule any other repairs in so I could give him my full attention as I do with all of my customersWhen Mr [redacted] showed up several days later unannounced , he expected me to stop working on the vehicles I had scheduled in for that day and work on his vehicle.He also wanted me to do a diagnostic on his steering in addition to his brakesI informed him that I did not have time to do a diagnostic on his vehicle without an appointment He became very irate and verbally attacked me with racially hateful name calling as to my heritage and the Country I come from in front of my son I told Mr [redacted] that I would not be willing to work on his vehicle any further and to find another automotive repair facilityMr [redacted] proceeded to call me more hateful names and threatened to sue me as he sped out of my parking lot endangering my other customers vehicles

I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** as a very canny way of making it look as if he is so perfect and look at him it's all about himWhen I first meet Mr*** he was a very angry man and couldn't treat me very wellBut I believed then he was a good mechanic and some of the work he did in the past was goodFirst of all the appointment that was made to give me an estimate on the brake job was made way before this incident happenedAnd yes I missed the appointment that he made with me the reason was because I suffer from posttraumatic stress disorderOn that day I was having a real bad dayAnd I totally forgot about the appointmentI tried to tell Mr*** about how I felt on that day and he was very nasty with meI felt dominated belittled in front of his son and it made me angryI did a bow in front of himAs if he was GodHe said in his statement that the noise in the front end of the van was there before he did his work, that is a lie it was there after he did the front end work he even said it himself to meHe said to me he tried to even find out where it was coming from or what was causing itHe told me to take it to a alignment shopI still believe that should've been his jobI had no more money to put out on an alignment shopSo I took the van home and left it at the front doorAll this is about is the way I was treated on that day by him and the work that he never finishedAnd still isn't finished.I did not speed out of the shop I reversed out cautiouslyThat's another lie he has toldHe said I held jobs up that day that he had to do I seen no jobs in his shop at that time and no traffic in the driveway ether I was there at least five minutes..The hateful names he said I called him was slang from EuropeAnd he knows that because he's English but he wants to make it in to something else just to make me look bad.If there is any more information needed from me just inform me let me know
