Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowin a previous correspondence it was stated that the towing company is only employeed two out of seven days, however today it was stated that parking is regulated dailyDoes this mean the contract with the towing company has been expanded to encompass all days or is there someone newly employeed to maintain parking after hours when the issues actually occur? Can I be given the name of the towing company contracted to work the area? This information should be provided to all residents in the event they have been towed in order to know who would have possession of their vehicle

I am writing in response to complaint ID [redacted]. Overflow parking is considered anywhere that is not in front of an apartment building. Yes, gaps between building and corners without a building in front of it are considered overflow parking. We enforce our parking policy daily.Warmest Regards,Haylee C[redacted]Property ManagerHartshire Lakes Apartments

I was never contacted by anyone from Hartshire Lakes regarding my complaint. In fact, I called the apartment complex and was told the manager was in a meeting and she would have to return my call. I also contacted the property management company via email and never  received any response from them. I am happy to submit copies of the utility bills along with proof that I paid the bills so that I may be reimbursed for the time I was not living in the apartment (as my lease was expired). If not, I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office. If the attorney generals office is unable to obtain a satisfactory result then I will be filing in small claims court. I am adamant that I am NOT responsible for utility bills that occurred after I moved out of the apartment. Also, I was never informed vial mail or otherwise that I had to call to have them taken out of my name. The manager admits that they had the utilities put in my name so why would I think that I was responsible for contacting the utility company upon my move out?

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]In regards to the response by the complex, to simply say parking issues are to be expected with apartment living, is to say the issue is still not being enforced nor will it be. If the issue is occurring on a daily basis, it does not help to only enforce the issue on a basis of 2 out of 7. To me 29% would be deemed as failing in nearly any situation, not to mention that a 24 hour window simply allows for vehicles to relocate with no recourse. As I have been living in apartments for 10 years now, I am very much aware of how apartment parking works, and while I do appreciate being informed, can not accept that response as a solution. In regards to overflow, does that include any gaps between buildings, as there are corners without a building in front of it?

Per our lease agreement, you are allowed to have ONE vehicle in front of your building (parking pass must be on this vehicle). All other vehicles must be parked in overflow parking. ALL over flow parking is anywhere that is not in front of a building. This was written with the letter regarding the...

parking passes that everyone received. We have a contract with a towing company who comes through twice a week to check for parking passes. If a car is improperly parked, the car will be tagged and towed within 24 hours. Since switching to the parking passes on April 1, 2016, we have towed one car and tagged 6 for not having a parking pass. With apartment living, comes parking issues. We did not have parking passes before. Now, we have parking passes and have been tagging and towing cars on a weekly bases. We are doing absolutely everything that we can to make sure our residents are happy!
