The pictures attached shows that we in fact swept and mopped, the bathrooms were done, and the boys rooms were doneThis shows that the client gave us the Ok stating "looks good"as the result we could not get this resolved with the options given to herNo refunds are going to be given due to I tried explaing returnand she still refused

I am rejecting this response because: I did not 'bash' the ownerI gave an honest review on a public forumI have attached the review I have also included pictures of her 'deep clean', not one single room was completely cleanedLight fixtures not wiped down, ceiling fans not cleaned, floors not mopped, appliances not wiped down, furniture not dustedYes, she offered to come back and clean againAfter she said her employee was to blame for all of the unclean areasNothing in the house was cleanedI did not want her to come back,, I do not have time to supervise her doing her jobIt should have been done right the first time.

As a business owner I felt it was more than fair to offer coming and resolving the issue or giving the client part of the money back. I didn't feel it was fair to give all of the money back knowing me and my employee stayed in the clients home and cleaned for four hours and thirty minutes. However I...

was willing to work with the client. The client refused any suggestions I gave her and demanded her money back. After she started bashing me on Facebook and the disrespect over text I felt that I wasn't obligated to give her none of the money.

Since this complaint was closed, the business posted the letter from Revdex.com with my name.  I do not want my personal information on her social media, my last name isn't even on my social media.
