Buddha refunded the client her money for the tattoo she was unhappy with and the matter has been dealt with, along with discipline given to the artist in question.
Once again I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. If Id known the owner would be as forgetful as shes been, I wouldve sent this myself the same day. Please accept our apologies

I have communicated with the shop a few weeks ago through a friend of mine who is a client of Little Buddha. I accept the agreement they have promised to me but at this time have not received my money back / nor have we made any further steps to move forward. I am cautiously optimistic that they have the intent to refund my money- I just have not received it at this time. I just can not fully say the matter has been dealt with at this point.

The business contacted me and I am very pleased with the way they handled the situation. Their customer service was excellent, they were very understanding of my situation. This case is resolved.
