Review: On 03/21/15 I [redacted] paid [redacted] owner of Little Bullies, LLC $1000 Deposit toward the total cost of $4000.,for a male ( color Blue Brindle) French bulldog that Little Bullies called [redacted]. The puppy was born on 09/09/14 according to [redacted] stated that she would allow [redacted] to take [redacted] home on 03/21/15 and pay the remainder of $3000. in May 2015. My daughter [redacted] was with me and I was also purchasing a puppy for her. A male that was approx. 5 weeks old ( born March 1, 2015) and that Little Bullies named [redacted] that also cost $4000. I paid a deposit of $1000. as well for [redacted]. He was going to be old enough to be picked up on May 01,2015. [redacted] stated that she would allow me, [redacted] to pay the remainder of the cost for [redacted] when she returned with [redacted] to pick up [redacted] stated that her printer was out of ink and that she would have all of the paper work for [redacted] when we return. I made an appointment with [redacted] to return on May 3rd with [redacted] to pick up [redacted] and when we arrived [redacted] did give me the information that was supposed to be the litter information certificate for the sire but she did not have the AKC litter number for [redacted] or [redacted] nor Litter certificate or AKC paper work for the Dam. This was also the same case for [redacted]' puppy [redacted] stated that she would send the information to me because she was still waiting to get the information back from AKC. We needed that information in order to register our puppies with the AKC. I had exchanged numerous emails and text messages with [redacted] concerning the dogs over the last month and I felt that she would do as she had stated. However it is now 06/24/15 and I have continued to text and email her to be told that she is still waiting on [redacted]'s ( he is now almost 10 months old) and that she sent [redacted] her info last week via text message, however [redacted] has not received it.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to email the NP# ( AKC Litter Number) and the Dam information for both [redacted] and [redacted] to [redacted] within thirty days.

I am in [redacted] with my husband. I'll be happy to resend papers when I return next Friday. However, I was very disturbed when my assistant called me about [redacted]'s complaint to the Revdex.com. I am at the mercy of the AKC. It's not my choice when the papers arrive nor does it do any good to kick and scream to get the papers. AKC will send papers when they get to our litters. I explained to both you guys and [redacted] that it could be months. I am even more concerned at why you are so adamant about immediately receiving the papers. These are not males that will be bred. You both assured me they would be in the house and pets, not breeding dogs. It was my understanding that neither you nor [redacted] are breeders. If that is not the case and you are breeders, you will not be receiving breeding rights. AKC papers yes, right to breed No! Once again, let me reiterate, if you are breeders I have been misled and there's a much larger problem here then when the papers will arrive. I do not sell to breeders. EVER!!! I've seen dogs abused and put in barns, etc and treated like pieces of meat. I won't have my puppies treated that way. I have been informed that [redacted]'s papers should arrive before July 10th. Yours have arrived and were sent. I will resend when I return home. That's the best I can do and if, like you say, these are pets, their papers are only for your pleasure in assuring they are registered puppies and there is no other reason for your antagonism. I will check my mail when I return and if [redacted]' papers are there I will scan and text them when I resend [redacted]'s papers. I will respond to Revdex.com and will be calling my attorney to assure there is no defamation of character from [redacted]'s actions. If there is, we will be having other conversations very soon. I have a stellar relationship with my clients. I've never had a PET owner concerned if it took 4, 5 or even 6 months to get papers. It's irrelevant! I have kept open communication with you throughout this process and will send np#'s when they arrive.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. This email is to let you know that I did receive from [redacted] the NP # and online pin # on both puppies on 07/08/15 . Both [redacted] and myself were able to register the puppies with limited registration on 07/10/15. I also notified [redacted] that the puppies were now registered as limited registration.
