Little Caesar's

I have been attempting to resolve this issue for over a week now. On January 25, 2020, I ordered 3 pizzas from this location, totaling $27.50 at 09:45 pm. They had me pull to the front and wait. It was after 10 pm when I received the pizzas and drove home. When we opened the pizzas at home, finally, the pizzas were completely undercooked. It also appeared that someone had poured some type of butter across the sausage pizza to the point where the pizza was drenched and soaking the cardboard underneath. We had not ordered butter on any of the pizzas. I immediately called the store. It was 10:27 pm and the store closed at 10:30, so I knew that I could not make it back there in time. No one answered my calls. I went into the store the next day, after calling to inform the manager, Antonio, that I would be returning for a full refund. The manager was completely rude. I recorded it all. He ignored me for at least fifteen minutes after his employee notified him of my arrival. I literally watched him ring out other customers, make food, and refill bottles before approaching me. It was extremely unprofessional. Neither he nor his employee, who held the door for me when I entered the establishment, washed their hands at any point. No gloves or hair nets in sight. The employee came from outside of the store with bags from the dollar tree next door and immediately began making pizzas. When the manager finally approached me, he acted as though I was inconveniencing him. He told me I would have to wait until he finished with his other customers. I explained that I was a customer as well. HE finally entered the refund into the computer at 11:55 am on 1/26/2020. I have yet to receive said refund on my account. I have spoken with the general manager and the corporate office. The general manager said that it is done through a third party, but did not give me that information. Corporate suggested I wait 7 days. It has been over 7 days now. They have escalated the issue, but have yet to resolve anything.
