Waited almost 7 minutes to be helped at the drive thru window. No apology for the wait. Waited another 6-7 min for cheese pizza and plain breadsticks.
I waited 15 min all around to be served and receive my food at the drive thru window. Took about 7 min to even be acknowledged. Cashier wasn't very friendly. I ordered a cheese pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks and I had to continue to wait another 6-7 min bc there was no food ready. Your motto is hot and ready. I shouldn't of had to wait 15 min to get a simple order of food. This is not the first time I have had to wait this long for my food. If I wanted to wait that long I would of went else where. The pizza was center loaded. There was about 2 inches of crust front the center of the pizza. Breadsticks were very dry. This was at the Brewerton, NY store. Terrible service.

My name is Justin G I am the Director of Operations for Little Caesars, I just received a complaint with ID# ***. This complaint was from the beginning of February, our customer service rep reached out to the customer who could not give us a day or time in regards to the incident and did not have a receipt for the visit in question. We could have pulled the customers order if they could have given us a day and approximate time but without either I authorized a replacement of the order which the customer agreed to accept.
