I am rejecting this response because: Nothing is resolved I did receive a call from Tara Hart, the local manager, on Wednesday November 23rd and she asked me more questions and said that the insurance company was pushing back I have heard nothing more

We are trying to get this resolved with the customer.  We are waiting for a response from our insurance agency regarding a claim.  As you can see from the report attached, by Pump and Meter - a non-biased 3rd party hired to test our tanks, there wasn't any water found in the tanks. ...

All levels were within the tolerance of our 87 gasoline.
