We will make contact with this guest to review his claim of lost pointsOur policy to remove player points for months of inactivity although exceptions have been made to this by our management team when guests inquire about any lost pointsHad this inquiry come through in we would have given the proper attention to the matterOur reward program qualifications are posted and contact is made every month to ensure the customer knows how many points are needed to maintain or achieve card status levels, We would encourage this guest to update all account information so that we can send any updates

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have had a free spa with my players club for over a year.  The least they should do Is cover the entire 50 min massage.  I can complain on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.  How dare you treat your existing customer base so disrespectfully you greedy person.  And not even a free buffet for a birthday.  This is so disrespectful to take away ALL THE BENEFITS and give us less reasons to go to a casino just 10 min from home.  It is not my fault you lost management.  If you treat people more respectfully you would not have this issue to begin with!!!Sincerely,[redacted]
