Hello, I've attached [redacted] ***'s consignment list. I will be faxing her signed agreement over Tuesday morning 9/6/16. In response to [redacted] 's complaint I spoke to you in detail about my version a few days ago. I believe you said to briefly explain what happened, I will do my best... to make it brief! :) I received a voicemail Tuesday morning 8/9/16 when I returned to work. She had left the message on Sunday 8/7/16, we are closed Sundays and Mondays. I did say on the message I would be in and out that day running errands but for her to call me back to discuss her account. The following day Wednesday 8/10/16 my father was at the shop while I was picking up a furniture order when [redacted] came in. When I returned in the afternoon he explained she was very upset and said I don't return phone calls and that I am never there. I called [redacted] around 3:30 and said I had left a message the day before, she said she had in fact received the message so I asked her why she would tell my father that I don't return phone calls. She said she had tried to call prior and stopped by but I was closed. I told her I hadn't received a message, she said she didn't leave one. I explained if she didn't leave a message then I would have no way to know she had called. I was frustrated with her but did not yell at her. I am excellent at following through with my consignors and customers and did not appreciate her accusing me of avoiding her. I let her know at that time her consignment agreement had expired but she was welcome to pick up her remaining items because I was no longer doing childrens consignment. She said in her complaint I told her I didn't want her "crap"....I have never said that to anyone. I said although her contract was up I didn't care if she picked it up because I wasn't doing baby stuff anymore and she didn't have a copy of her contract. About an hour after our phone call I received a notification from my facebook that she had left a bad review. I responded asking her why she would do that when nothing was done wrong to her. She had been paid on her items just a short time ago and I returned her call and offered her remaining items back. She had another person on facebook from another state badmouthing me as well. I had said reviews can be helpful if they're true, they then responded saying I called her a liar. I blocked her and her friend from facebook just after they discussed calling BBB. I have never received a complaint from BBB. The reviews on FB have an excellent average of 4.5. I do my best to make sure all clients are happy. There does come a point when it is unfair to the business owner. [redacted] has harassed me unjustifiably.
