I am rejecting this response because:Little Dove's Learning Center does not have in writing, in any form via the website or the parent packet I received, that this is a nonrefundable fee. The words "nonrefundable" were first muttered when I asked for her to return the funds. There is no formal parent packet. All documents can be obtained online. In fact, the day I enrolled my son the owner was disgruntled with me because I did not print the forms myself from the website and she had to provide me a copy. I have all the paperwork that was given to me and would be happy to supply them to the Revdex.com as proof. Furthermore, she does not have a policy for termination of care enforced by the facility outlined in her handbook. It simply states the reverse; that should we chose to remove our child from care a two week notice must be supplied to the facility. If we remove our child without notice we will be billed for two weeks post removal. Legally, she does not have a claim to keep the funds. The previous comments regarding my child are inappropriate and unnecessary. I ask that they be removed. It is apparent she is disgruntled. She is currently under investigation and is harboring ill feelings towards my family. They are a mere one side to the story and do not validate that she has authority to keep my money.

escalation of unsafe behavior toward self and other children. On February 27, 2015 the child was dismissed from the center. Mrs. [redacted] did pay a non-refundable registration fee of $125. The description of this fee is listed in the operational policies not on the website. Parents are given a copy of the policies at the time of registration. Mrs. [redacted] did note on the enrollment forms the acknowledgement receipt of these policies. Enrollment forms will remain on file until May 2015. All employees have met the state licensing standard ([redacted]) to qualify as a licensed caregiver. Tuition fees are based on a weekly rate (2, 3 days or full week) not a daily rate.
