I am completely in awe that this parent would even make a complaint on something that was never guaranteed due to our policyI am the owner at Belton's little dreamers, I was first in contact about this refund the week of the 16th, we then told Mrs [redacted] we would NOT be giving her a refund because it is against our policyWhen you "save" a spot in childcare , you pay for it even when you ARE NOT THERE, because it is a service After talking to her and seeing how upset she was about the situation I told my training director to write it in the books and we will give her that week ($140) back but it would take 30-BUSINESS daysI have NOT received any other contact on my personal phone from Mrs [redacted] and she is aware that I am part time trying to open another facilityShe has had many opportunities to contact my office and leave a voicemail but I have never received oneWhen I did get into contact with Mrs [redacted] it was through email, I quickly reassured her that we did still have it in the books that we have just been very busy and we WILL have it sent outI decided to give this young women a refund when it is completely against our policy and she is still threatening legal actions, I did alreassure her through email that we are doing everything legally and in accordance to our policyWe have already sent this check out and told her she should receive it in 5-business daysFYI: We can provide receipts, emails and phone call times if needed

Yes I intended on signing my son up to attend this daycare and I signed him up on Febbut he was not starting the daycare until AprilIn order to reserve the spot I paid the deposit/holding fee of $as well as the first weeks fee of $He was to start the week of April 4- I have the receipt that I paid this amount in cash on Feb I called about a week and half later on Febto tell them I had changed my mind and I will not be enrolling my son in the daycare and I would like a refund They immediately told me that the deposit/holding fee was non-refundable and it's usually not so I was okay with that But I asked for a refund of the $for the first week of April The lady at the daycare called the owner and the owner said that I would receive a refund within days Well I called again when it had been days and the owner now said to give her days It's been days and I can't get in touch with the owner about this She won't call me back I would jus
