Review: I enrolled my daugher [redacted]lp May 2012 and paid a $100 deposit which I was told would be refunded when [redacted]l no longer attended the day care. We were not happy with the services provided and the treatment that our daughter and my wife were given by the day care staff. So we decided that we would not enroll for the summer school which we made very clear May 2013. We had not decided if we would enroll her again for this school year. In July I was offered a job out of the USA and I accepted it. When contacted by the school on August 9 to see if [redacted]l would be attending in September I was reminded about the deposit. I requested to have the deposit returned and was told I would have it withing 1 week. Because I had not received it as promised I went to the school yesterday and was told I needed to speak with R[redacted] Valerio. I called her today to request the refund of the deposit and she told me that I would not be receiving the deposit because our daugher did not attend the summer school which we never enrolled her in and because we were not enrolling [redacted]l into the new swchool year. I informed R[redacted] that I would take legal action if required and she told me go ahead. She is aware that I am leaving the country in 1 week for my job and thus knows that I am unable to take normal legal action thus she is using this to not refund me my deposit as required. I consider this as imoral business practices.Desired Settlement: I require my deposit of $100 refunded immediately as requested.
