Review: My husband ordered a diaper bag from this company for my birthday on July [redacted]. The product was supposed to ship out by the end of July and our card wasn't supposed to be charged until the product shipped. On August [redacted] we were billed and the product was never shipped. I have sent the company several emails asking for my money back and have gotten no response. I also called the company to ask and the phones are disconnected. I went to their [redacted] page and messaged them with no response.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: I have contacted this company a total of 11 times via phone, text and email and have yet to receive a diaper bag that was ordered on 10.**.2014. This company didn't have any problem charging my card and taking the money before shipping the item. I paid through [redacted] and escalated the payment issue to them on 11.**.14. The seller responded to [redacted] by telling them they "created" a billing label on 11.*.14. Yet nothing has been shipped.Desired Settlement: Based on the details of this transaction, as well as other complaints, this company seems to be making a habit of taking money from others and not shipping their product. This is stealing. They should not be in business. I want my money back immediately.
Review: I made an purchase order on the [redacted] this month and still haven't got any thing. The money I paid for the international delivery fee is 3-5 business days. I tried contact them via email twice and have no response.Desired Settlement: Post me the product I ordered ASAP
