In addition, one of our owners contacted you by phone to apologize and better understand the concerns. We continually are working to...

deliver the best service to kids and parents. Between the time of your incidents and your complaint, we have changed how we train new instructors, provide additional training for the current coaches and deck supervisors and how we escalate parent concerns. These comments help us improve and we appreciate them. Unfortunately, we did not address them properly and in a timely manner. Safety is our utmost concern, and we have two coaches in the water with the kids, trained to keep their eyes on the children at all times. In addition, we staff on deck that also is watching the pools. It is our hope that these efforts have successfully addressed the concerns raised in the complaint.
