Allegations are all made by [redacted] .There are no discrepancies in our programWe monitor this daycare very carefully since there are kids involvedWe have zero incident in this facilityThe issue seems to be all about moneyRefund is not possible since our accountant advices us against itWe need days notice which we did not getAs stated before The child deposit can be used in services as I told the parents.I can not transfer the deposit to another child tuition [redacted] son was in our program for ten months so supplies has been used by him[redacted] issue was always addressedVery disappointed she was not happyWe tried our best!

I know something happened to my child the week before he fell but their videotape allegedly erased the week before so I couldn't checkThey didn't believe that he really fell and I had to show them each on the tape and even then [redacted] made jokes about having to "fire all of their staff"when I said that [redacted] and [redacted] didn't report the incident because [redacted] and [redacted] were all there on tape watching him fall and not doing a thing to help either.I have bent over backwards to be civil and please these people but they would rather hold onto my $than establish a good repoir with clients ! They're lying about moving to grandpa's house being the reason that my son suddenly started crying ! I didn't even move anywhere in February! I even made the mistake of referring my friend there, so I could have referred others there if it was a safe and hygenic placeI even went there in the middle of the night to give weeks money early after [redacted] kept calling me and leaving me threatening voicemails and saying that my "husband can't be trusted!" What kind of business practice is this ?! I talked to [redacted] about [redacted] not getting homework and getting denied milk when he asked "because it's only for the small kids"--that's not a lie I have his notebook as proof obviously ! Anyone can look at their surveillance video and see [redacted] mistreating those kidsOther parents who saw me watch the tape saw the same thingRecently, other parents said the same thingI wish I knew those small children's parents to warn them !! There are so many errors in their responseFirst of all, my son attended from /** /- / ** /which is less than 1/ months, NOT months like they're claimingThat is a HUGE discrepancy, not an honest mistake like being off by a few daysI hope their " accountant " didn' t help them with that math or maybe he/she is involved in their scam; their books should be investigated because it seems like they're claiming that my son still attends their institution so they can get extra fundingI even attached my contract in the previous response which they obviously didn't pay attention to which shows the EXACT same attitude that I received from *** and *** when I expressed my concerns regarding my son being hungry all the time, not receiving homework every day that he attended except Friday, etcAnother cause for concern is that they're claiming to have "zero incident " which is since my son was involved in an incident there in February I showed *** and ***, on their surveillance video, that *** clearly pulled the chair out too far and pushed my son down causing him to fall onto the floor on his left arm*** and *** witnessed the incident and saw that my son continued to cry and hold his arm out to show all of the staff that he got hurt, but anjana, ***, ***, and *** didn't help him and supposedly didn't report the incident to *** or *** told me that she filed an incident report with the *** ** ***, but refused to show it to me or provide a copy, so now I think that she NEVER filed the report which should definitely be investigated ! They keep claiming that I just want my $and supplies back and I'm making "allegations " but any parent or *** staff can walk into Little Flower and witness everything that I've mentioned in all of my responses on the surveillance footage or in the classroomIf they won't refund my $because their contract states that they want a month's notice, then why won't they put it towards days for my friend's daughter? ? It's not against the rules set in their contractThey know that I will NEVER bring my son back there for FEAR OF RETRIBUTION from their staff, so they keep saying that they offered to let me bring my son back for services because they know that I won't! I know this is not *** and ***'s first complaint and it won't be their lastIf you google Little Flower you can read all of the reviews from other parents whose families were also disrespected and mistreated my *** and ***. The issue seems to be all about money. Refund is not possible since our accountant advices us against it. We need 30 days notice which we did not get. As stated before The child deposit can be used in services as I told the parents.I can not transfer the deposit to another child tuition.
