The business owner was rude by taking money from us before we even enrolled into the program In fact, we never did enroll in the program We utilized the service for our month son as a trial for one 1/day Following our experience of observing complete disorganization at the facility and uncleanliness, we decided not to enroll our son I spoke with the owner to have the money refunded for the days that we never used and she adamantly refused! Furthermore, our son came down with a high grade fever just days after he stayed there for just hours I tried to politely ask for our money back for services not rendered, however, as previously mentioned the owner refused! She not only refused but was rude about it by harassing us once we told her that we would report them to the Revdex.com I would never refer this facility to anyone and had a horrible experience This facility needs to be reviewed by the WI Health Services as it is definitely unclean
We have utlized Rodolfo and his team on numerous occasions and will continue to do so for future projects! They do excellent work and I highly recommend them!
