Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It's unacceptable, the Dred was not yo be ready two weeks(weeks later) it was to be to 6weeks and before my daughter's dance and No it was not Fixed prefectThe dress was to have yellow canary stones not replace the whole material because I was told they could not find any when I went yo a fabric store and found them easily, then the dress was to have extended back piece and it still is shirt on coverage after bring told several times and having the dress on and shown, the dress came with 3x the tulle of magenta and black but yet once the magenta was removed no black tulle was used to cover the empty spots because they didn't take the tome to do in the course of weeks and just threw it together in day's? The back of the corset needed extra loops at least and large ones were put instead and not even secured that they popped and I barely was tighting the dress unlike how [redacted] was yanking it with forceThen to have someone step into a customer face and wave their hand around is verbal abuse, then to be told it was not on the alteration line after being paid in full immediately to allow plenty of tone to do all the necessary alterations Over the course of to weeks of excuses is not Good business so Yes people should know what is to be Expected when going to Z BridalI have also informed the KSat 1w News in regards to bad business Regards, Monique Pryor

The dress was perfect costom design If the dress was not done then why u pick up the dress with u sign on the alteration contact that the alteration is perfect and I am satisfiedNow the case is closed sorry

The complaint has been resolved but the policy of the business entering into a contract or agreement with a minor that does not have a legal guardian to sign the agreement has not been addressed

Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #*** The first dress was ordered in the largest size the company would makeThe girl’s measurements exceeded those for the largest sizeAlteration prices are never given until the dress is on the girl and we can see what needs to be doneA $quote would never be given to a whole group as each girl is different as is what may need to be done. Sizes are always suggested to the customersThey have the freedom to choose whichever size they would like. When a customer has inquiries about tuxedos, they are always told the costs of each extra itemUnless specifically mentioning the Diamond package, customers will be told that shoes are extra. For a diamond package, there will never be only two accountsThere are either or accounts, depending on whether they bought the dress separately from the packageOne for the package, one for the damas, one for tuxedosThe salesperson, Betty, who was shown the picture of the bouquet personally told the customer that the bouquet would be extraThe customer decided to go with the bouquet included in the packageWe do everything we can to make sure the measurements are correctSometimes, the tuxedo rental company makes mistakes and sends a different sizeThis was the issue here and we tried our best to fix it

*** *** special order a wedding dress on September 2014 We got the dress in February then we call her she came to the store and try it on the wedding dressShe was want to do some alteration but She didn't want to pay in full her balance so we can start the
alterationShe read and agree to the store policy we have that saying any purchase, special order or layaway has to be pay in full before we start any alterationbut she wanted to make partial payment and she wanted us start the alteration but my sales associate told her you can make a payment , but we can't do any alteration till u paid you are balance in full So she said Ok I be backShe came in a week or so to pay her balanceAnd made appointment for Magedman den The seamstress gave her amount of $for alteration work And when she came second time she wanted to add bustle on the dress That was extra $When she spoke with a manager She gave her discount on alterationAnd plus she got Vale and crown that she gat a discount tooIf customers not say the true that's not fair for business. I am the store manager here at Z Bridal I offered her free alteration That is all we can offer her still there would be no refund

MS.*** *** came to Z Bridal to look for a dress on dec-15-2016.She punched her royal blue dress for her eventShe loves the dress so muchThe original price for the dress was $for the dress the sales associate gave her a 52% off the price the total she pay was $154.91.only for the
dressAnd she was want alteration but she did not have her show so she say she will come in morning 12/16/with her shoes to get measure for alteration and pay for alteration but she come 7pm on 12/16/2016. AlterationShe never pays for the alteration she only played for the dressThe dress never comes with free alterationWe told her if you want we can have it ready on sat Moring 12/17/If you still want to do the alterationShe kept saying no I want my money back because the dress is not done alterationSales associate told her the policy of the store that all sales are final and no refundIt says on the receipt and on the credit card receipt and all so we have a sign of the store policy no refund or exchange all sales are finalshe ask to speak to the store manager at the time she was there she say I'm the manager she explain the policy that all sale are final and if you want we can have the alteration done and you can pick the dress in the Moring before your eventShe refuse and she want to speak to her higher mangerWe told Ms *** that her manager is not in and she can forward the message to him so he can call you before 8.00pm todayShe calls @ and speak with the supervisorI ask her how can I help her she kept saying I need a refundI ask her why she wants and refund she said I don’t like the dress and the alteration is not done and she said she didn’t like the price she played on the dressI told her I sorry we don’t do refund that all sales are finalAnd going about the alteration work we don’t start on the alteration before any payment on itAnd I told her going by the note on she was suppose to bring in her shoe so we can do measurementBut as a supervisor I even offered her free alteration she still keeps saying I want my refund back so for our company a policy all sales are final in that dress was 50% off before even she pay for it sales associate clearly explained. Re: Revdex.com Complaint *** This customer ordered the dress with the Diamond packageWhen they placed their order we explained to them our policy and explained to them that the dresses are not custom made and are ordered from companiesWe take the customers bust, waist, and hips and then compare
them to the size chart of the brand with the customerIf the customer is between sizes, for example, if the bust measurement is a size small and the waist and hips fit to a medium, then we would suggest to the customer to go with the larger size, but the customer has the freedom to choose whichever size they would likeThe customer in question picked a dress for the girls that were standing in her party- her “damas”- that was available in sizes XS to 2XL. Two of her “damas” came in to be fitted and their measurements exceeded those for the largest size availableWe explained to them that the dress could be altered and a corset could be put in place of the zipper to make the dress two sizes biggerIt was explained to the entire party that alterations would be an additional cost and the cost would depend on what needed to be done. The customer sent a picture a picture of a bouquet that they wantedThis specific bouquet was not included in the package and they were told it would be an extra fee for them to be able to get that bouquetThey refused to pay the extra fee so the bouquet that ended up getting ordered was one that was included in the package. We told them when they first started the tuxedo registry with us that the escorts would need to come in Thursday before 4pmor Friday before 4pm the week of their event so we could fix any problems there might be with the tuxedo or change any sizesThey were shown the tuxedo policy that states this on itThe father of the Quincenera came in on Friday after pm and wanted something to be fixedWe explained to him that he needed to come in Thursday before 4pm or Friday before 4pm so we could contact the tuxedo rental company and that nothing could be done at that time. Whatever we could fix for him from inside the store, we did for himThe three accounts that the customer had with us were all under different namesWhen asked which name to put the account under they told us a new name for the dama, package, and tuxedo accountsWhenever someone would come in or call about the account they would tell us a name that the other accounts were under, which made it difficult to find their information and caused the customers to become frustrated with us. I’m so disappointed that they are still not happy when we tried our best to do everything we could to fix whatever they were unhappy withUnfortunately, I cannot give the two girls a refund because we already gave them such a large discount, two free tuxedos, free shoes for all guys in her court, free steaming on the main girl’s Quincenera dress

The dress get order when the customer put there deposit and the company has all ready start making the dress so it me shipping all at one Going withe the contract the main person that is having the event signs the contractAnd the main person is aware of the contract aggrementThe cotract state
if u cancle the specialOrder there will be no refudAnd sales rep has all ready spoke to u regarding this. Thanks
