Your as seen on TV ladder is a dishonest marketing technique. The as seen on TV ladder is basically identical to the classic ladder. It offers all the same features and is made of the same materials. You are charging nearly 2x the price for the as seen on TV ladder as you are for the classic ladder, so that you can claim you are honoring your free upgrade. Furthermore in your infomercial none of the "accessories " that are advortised with the little giant extreme, are advortised as optional accessories which you must pay extra for. Your infomercial suggests that they are included with the purchase price of the ladder. Your company is using dishonest and miss leading propaganda to trick consumers. This is the kind of behavior I would expect of a major corporation operating from overseas, not an American company with a Well known American product. Little giant is associated with the best in American made quality and customer service. I hope you will begin acting like you deserve that association once more.

because:Comparing the specs of the Little Giant Classic Ladder and the As Seen On TV Ladder indicates these are the same ladder. They have all the same specs with the exception of the classic having the wheels, which SHOULD make it a more expensive model than one without. The only difference in the appearance is the color of the decal down the side. It is very apparent that the Little Giant Ladder company is falsely inflating the price of the "As Seen On TV" model to the same price that they regularly sell the Little Giant Xtreme in an effort to make customers think they are getting a special deal, which is clearly false advertisement.
