we gave this customer a detailed estimate we were performing the clean up and homeowner came and stopped us and told us to not continue with any blowers , we did explain to the homeowner we can not perform a clean up withiut a blower she wanted us to hand rake her propery which would require more labor , we proceeded on and customer refused to pay additional labor charges and ask us to not proceeed on by this time everything had been hand raked ready to haul offwe only did what homeowner ask and also explained the clean up process she was satisified with the hes we spent on her property as we left as instructedif we could not perform clean up without blower it would take more time to complete clean up and more workers which means that the invoice is to change accordinly homeowner only wanted to pay invoice with no additional labor charges

we did explain to *** that due to rain weather sod farm was insble to cut and deliver , however when weather of nature allowed sod to be cut and delivered there were other orderes in front of ours , we did attempt to deliver the sod prior to talking to holigin we delivered the material on
Saturday the 5th the neighbor told us she informed him she did mot want us to proceed, we then tried to contact holigun numerous of times she responded she did not want us to complete job nor leave material ger gate did have a lock but we did explain to her we would cut lovk off and replace it she still refused , however we could not return material to vendor the sod grasses did die out due yo we were not sble to lay them , today I did text holigun to see if Friday was a better time to come at noon time to complete the project we have purchased new sod and will be ready to complete job on Friday , but there has not been a response from holguinThank You

I am rejecting this response because:Ms*** I am responding to Mr*** answer to my complaint Mr*** did not even address the fact that I had agreed to different dates for installation:August 20, 2015August 28, 2015September 4, 2015 No one from *** Landscaping ever contacted me on August 20, to inform me that they would not be able to install due to the rain in the area where they obtain the sod I had to call them when I returned from work and discovered no work had been done They explained the problem with the rain so we set another date, August 28, No one from *** Landscaping ever contacted me to inform me that they would not lay the sod on August 28, I contacted *** and was told that there were other orders in front of mine I reluctantly agreed to a third appointment for installation, September 4, No one contacted me to inform me that they would not install my sod on September 4, I contacted *** Landscaping September 4, afternoon and told them I was canceling the contract due to their non-performance For each of the agreed installation dates, I left my back gates unlocked all day in anticipation of the work being done *** Landscaping showed up unannounced on September 5, 2015, calling and texting me numerous times They asked to cut the lock off my gate to allow the installation I declined this option, informing them that I had made a complaint on September 4, 2015, with the Revdex.com and preferred to handle this through them.Prior to September 5, 2015, I never discussed the landscaping with my neighbors and I certainly never told them that I had changed my mind regarding the landscaping I agreed to different setting for the installation of sod, but I never agreed to a fourth settingI want my money refunded, as I got nothing for it.*** ***

We have
made multiple attempts to contact the business and have had no success in having them answerThey have made multiple representation going back to February about the fence being installed in the "Next couple of weeks." I was very blunt at the last conversation where they represented that the fence would be INSTALLED by JUNE 1st that if there was any delay we expected to be notifiedDespite their reassurances that they would do better about keeping in contact, we have not heard from them and when we have called and left messages after the June deadline passed, we have gotten no answer. I have never seen any evidence of an invoice or purchase order to indicate that they have anything "On order" We have been given excuses and evasions about when the fence was going to be installed and we no longer wish for any resolution other than a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:*** service account of this complaint is not correct. *** was told not to use a blower close to the house but could be used in driveway area - after a short while *** demended times the original quote to complete the work- at this point they were less than half through their job. There was more cleanup needed as wellas unfinished trimming - *** was told that we would not pay any more than the agreed upon written amount With us at a stand off they were told to leave and were paid the agreedto amount just to avoid any more arguing Up reflection I should not have paid this amout and letf this matter up to further resolution. this matter will not be setteled until *** pays $which is what I have paid to complete some of - but not all of their incomplete work

bid was submitted to customer for clean up in the amount of clean up would consist of mow, weedeat, edge, blow, rake leaves, and remove debris from side curb areas, at the time of the clean up customer came outside and told us not to use a blower at all on property , I explained to customer
we can not perform a clean up with out blower we have to blow all debris in pile and haul off then rake thourly all of her property which consisted of arces, we had already been blowing and raking for hours of the debris dropping of the oak trees on the property, by this time the to inches of ground cover had been raked into piles ready to haul off , due to not using a blower the labor on project increased and customer refused to psy and ask us to stop performing the clean up she would pay us for the orginal bid because of the amount of worked already performed and she did not want us to continue with a blower, or mower, we also instslled shrubbs which was not included in orginal bid, customer refused to pay for installation of shurbbsthe customer wanted us to use hardly any main tools for the clean up which meant more physical and labor work bid increased and customer declined services to continueshe paid invoice and we left off the property

I am rejecting this response because: The response by [redacted] Service is UNTRUE - : They were told Not to use blower around - next to house -  other wise OK in driveway  away from house :  Yard is NOT 7 acres -- maybe 3/4 acre:They did not work 4.5 hours -- arrive at 10:30 -- left  at 2:00:Were not required to haul off debris- allowed them to place on  wheat field next to yard: The installation of shrubs was added to quote at an additional $75 which included spraying the driveway for weeds -- This was Not done :I have sent a copy of the quote in a separate email This matter will not be resolved until I am  reimbursed for having someone else complete the job - which is underway    $368
