I had the opportunity to view this company's lack of customer service without having spent any money or really need service from them I read some negative reviews about them on a couple of other sites, but made the mistake of giving them a chance I made an appointment to have them come out to quote a move I took off from work early to be there on time for the 1:appointment At 1:00, I get a call from Little Guys to confirm an appointment for this afternoon I asked does that mean you won't be here for my 1:appointment The person responded that they have an hour window I said no one told me anything about an hour window, and now I took off work off early to be on time, and you aren't going to be here He then said well maybe he didn't tell you I said there is no maybe, I was not told He then escalated to "I am not calling you a liar, but he is one of our best employees and he would have told you." When all it would have taken was to say "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding, I will be there as soon as we can", he repeatedly makes excuses why it wasn't really their fault and calls me a liar? Like I am such a pathological liar I am going to provoke an argument over information I know I was told? If they can't accept responsibility for not informing a customer of the window for an appointment, what will they do when they damage your property or miss your moving date I would like to think this behavior was out of the ordinary, but I would not take a chance to find out the hard way Find a mover with better reviews
