Review: I bought three items from this store on May ** 2014. [redacted] and [redacted] of the store [redacted] promised delivery in a one week. He delivered sofa bad and chest drawer in a 3 weeks period, but tv stand is not delivered until today 7/*/2014. When I asked for my money back, he replied that furniture already ordered. The store [redacted] is feeding me with promises that delivery will be on specific day and time, I was waited at home for delivery more than 5 times and delivery never shows up. Please help. I paid for furniture $1030. Invoice number [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for TV stand.

Review: I have purchased a bedroom set from Little Italy Furniture on 7/**/13. Paying in full. When the furniture was delivered 2 weeks later, the wrong vanity was delivered. I promtly notified the owner, [redacted], and he assured me that he will replace it with the correct one "next week." It has now been 3 months, and everytime I call or stop by, his answer is still "next week." He refuses to replace the product. He also refuses to take the vanity and refund me any money. I have given him many attempts to make this right but he refuses to talk to me and avoids me at all costs, very rude and evasive.Desired Settlement: I no longer have faith that the right item will be provided by Little Italy Furniture. I would like for them to take the wrong vanity out of my house and refund me the proper amount for the item. The total cost of the set - including bed, wardrobe and vanity was $1,750. When I asked neighboring stores about the price of the vanity by itself, the price given to me was $700 since its more expensive when not being sold as part of the set.

Review: I purchased a wardrobe in the store. The store representative assembled it in my home. Next day I found that one drawer is different shade of the color from the rest of the wardrobe. It is also slightly bigger in height. The situation could be fixed if the employee who assembled this wardrobe would adjust the door above the drawer. Probably I can live with a different color but I can't close the door of the wardrobe. All handles are falling off.Desired Settlement: I hope that the store will send the worker to fix the door and handles.

This purchase has been made by customer almost year ago, 1/**/2013. The customer started complaining about the troubled door only month ago, which means that she has been using this merchandise during the year without any problem. Although the Store doesn't give any warranty for such a long period the Customer was offered a repair of the above mentioned door for the minimum cost of repair $50 (fifty USD).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I started to complain immediately after assembling. Firstly one of the drawers is different color and size. I asked them to change it and they told me that this line has been discontinued and the warehouse in New Jersey does not have the proper drawer. Secondly, after Sandy I lost all furniture and only now I finished repairs in this room and started to live in this room. One door, which is above this wrong drawer, could be adjusted so that I can open and close it.
