Review: Dry cleaning dropped off at Little J cleaners 6 weeks ago. Lost and not delivered. $900 worth of cleaning. My bldg has all deliveries on video . No video of delivery by Little J. Have been in the cleaners many time. The [redacted] refuses to view the video. On site super has been into the cleaners also but [redacted] still won't come to view the video!! Tells me to "sue her"!!Desired Settlement: Dry cleaning ticket limits me to 10 times what I paid for the cleaning which was $21.00. [redacted] refuses to pay!
