I have had to get my brakes and caliper fixed, my brake came off my car while I was drivingFixed this problem on my ownNow today 07/08/I find out I need a new starter and I was told by the general manager his self that I cant get a loner until the car is looked at by the way wont be until MondayI explained to the general manager *** that I have a funeral to go to and I need to get to work he still advised me there was nothing that he can dountil the car is looked atThey know that they are selling cars don't work but that does not matter to themSCAM, SCAMAnd they have terrible customer service to pretty much tell me that they don't care about me getting to work or to the funnel

On March 23rd, I purchased a vehicle (Pontiac G6) from EF Motorsports (Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA 23601)I began making payments on April 23rd, in the amount of *** biweeklyI would call into the dealership and make my payments over the phoneI didn't realize then that EF Motorsports was actually forwarding my calls to Little Joe's AutoI was just told to call EF Motorsports and make the payments The problem is I don't have a contract with Little Joe's Auto (LJ Finance, LC) and in the contract that I signed on March 23rd, there was no assignee assigned in the space reserved for contract assignment
Basic contract law states that a contract cannot be assigned without permission of both partiesI never consented to the contract being transferred to Little Joe's nor did I know about itIt was initially reflected on my credit
