The main reason this customer has not finance through a banks was do to customer submitting fake information about her incomeBanks are smart and they are really good at detecting fraud

Ok copy and paste this These people are completely lyingI have recorded conversation to prove I never used foul language and Lisa saying she took the truck because I had an attitudeThe first time they repossessed the truck they claimed my insurance wasn't full coverage it was liability which I know personally more than people who are financed with them who have no insurance at all and they say nothing to them....they never contact me on it just took the car then when my insurance convoy verified they didn't update the system which Lisa her the insurance company say Lisa suggested I sue my insurance because if their mistakeThey also did not want to release the vehicle untold I reproved my income and addressThe truck broke down time with in months of me buying it and I called all times asked for extensions because the truck was in the shop and I had to pay over $in repairs plus a rental they said they could not give me and extension (I have text message to prove that they would not grant any extension) these people took the car the second time no email at all because I had an attitude with her I called her and ask who was looking for me she said I wasn't the policy holder so she wanted to repossess the truck, I then told her that that is not how you handle business if something was wrong she could have called and told me she needed me to be a policy holder not automatically put my truck out for repossession a truck that I already paid more than $11,for and I asking told her she was lying about the reason of repossess because I was never a policy holder on one of the insurance I sent even when I first bought the truck and it was "fine"with themThese workers are scammers they put the truck up for sale on the website 2days after repossession they called my job and told people at my job I was late on payments and I need to call them which is illegalThey take your down payment and take the cars and resale them and keep the money you put in the vehicle

Mrs [redacted] was constantly late on her payments, the 1st time she was repossessed was due to the fact that she did not fulfill her contract of keeping full coverage insurance on the vehicle and past due payment,  we did try contacting her before we sent vehicle out for repossession...

and never got a call back or a response to email. she was then given the opportunity to redeem her vehicle buy paying all the fees due at the time, she was told and explained to please stay in contact with us if we needed an extension of any kind that we could work with her as long as we stayed in communication with her, at that time she agreed to do so. Every payment due I Crystal Houston Direct Auto Collection department always had to be chasing her down for her payment by making numerous calls, sending emails, sending text messages hardly ever did I get a response from her. When I did she would promise to make her payment on a certain date and never did. On June 16 2017 Mrs. [redacted] called our office yelling, "why is Crystal sending me messages and calling me if I already made a payment" she had made a payment a few days back but that was a late payment so Lisa did try explaining her the reason and Mrs. [redacted] went off yelling using bad language telling us : good luck finding my truck b[redacted] cause I took that gps off the truck" because of that statement saying she tampered with our device and because she was in delinquent status whether  she was 1 day delinquent or 30 days delinquent because we do not have a grace period and had no communication with her previously we send our repossession company to pick up her vehicle. once vehicle was reposed customer put someone to call in for her and ask why vehicle was picked up we spoke to customer after because we could not release any information to lady who called in because she is not listed on the contract she still kept yelling cursing at Lisa. We then let Mrs [redacted] know that in order to redeem her vehicle she had to pay her full balance owed on vehicle being that this was her second repossession in less than 6 months. couple of days later lady called in to get payoff amount who claimed to be her boss, gave her the amount after getting permission from Terrica to release information and she came in to pay vehicle off for Mrs [redacted]. she was never treated differently from other customers all customers are required to pay different down payments depending on their credit, ability to pay back, proof or residence, proof of employment, she feels this way since the beginning only because she was required to pay more down than her brother who also has a vehicle financed thru our dealership.   if any proof is needed as far as call logs, messages sent to, or anything feel free to contact me directly Crystal Payments and Collections 832-252-1400 ext 115
