We delivered this toilet on 2/6/From that day forward, we received weekly phone calls from this customer asking where the driver was on the assigned service dayAfter many attempts to explain to her that the driver would be there to clean it weekly, but that we did not have an appointed time of
day for cleaning, she kept calling every weekWe cleaned it weekly while she watched over the driver and we bent over backwards to please herThe phone calls kept comingShe was not to be pleasedAfter months of our business relationship and weekly complaint calls, on 7/we received our first threatening phone call of a accusation of our driver dumping sewage on her country roadThis did not happen as she describesWe decided that she was never going to be happy with us, and we had done everything we could to please her to no availOn July 22nd we made several attempts to reach her and let her know that we were going to be terminating her service on 7/24, her service day so that she could make other arrangementsThe customer has no voice mail set upSo we contacted the onsite job contact which is her son, ***, and left a message with him so that he could pass the information on to herOn 7/we removed the toilet despite the vicious dog that was unleashed and attempting to bite the driver, and severed the relationshipShe called us at least times that eveningWe tried talking to her a couple of times, but she will not stop talking long enough to listen to anything we have to sayIt is a one sided conversation with her, and I think if you make one phone call to her you will see very quickly why we needed to end the relationshipShe is paid up through the month of June, but has not even been invoiced for the 3+ weeks in July that she had use of the toilet and harassed our driversI also will not be invoicing her for those weeks, so in effect, she is getting free use of our toilet for daysShe gave us a check at the beginning of July for the June invoice (we bill in arrears) so she believes she is paid for the month of July and that we are somehow ripping her offThat is not the case, but she won't listen long enough to hear us explainI am the ownerI did talk to her, as did my office assistantWe both tried to explain all of this to her, but she will not be quiet long enough to hear any of itWe really tried to make this work with her, but we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and she is only the second person that I have ever repossessed a toilet fromI don't take that kind of thing lightly, and it has to be an extreme case where someone is dangerous to either my drivers or my business, as in this caseSomeone who is going to wildly exaggerate and threaten turning us over to any authority that will listen is not someone I choose to do business with and I feel I have that rightIf my driver had actually dumped sewage onto her rural property, then I have no doubt that she is the kind of person who would collect copious amounts of evidence of that and there is noneShe has a dog, and I know for a fact that the dog leaves more urine and fecal matter on her soil than our driver ever would.I hope that this satisfies the Revdex.comI strongly urge you to pursue this complaint with her by phoneYou can't appreciate how hard we worked for over months to make her happy until you do
