I noticed several light/ bare/ peeling spots from my University Painters job, which had been completed less than one year prior After reviewing the warrantee information on my quote/ contract, I contacted Chris *** via email, informed him of the light/ bare/ peeling spots, and offered to send pictures of the areas in question in order to have the areas "touched up." When he came to my home, I also expressed concern to Chris about overspray (on plants, pavers, and concrete around my home) and about paint from my front door (red) on the painted brick (white) around my front door area (brush strokes and drips) When he came to examine the areas of concern, Chris was unprofessional and disrespectful, a sharp contrast from his original visit to my home when he was competing for my businessChris left without offering to fix any of the problems from the paint job I would not recommend University Painters to anyone
