Review: I ordered my keepsake in July 2011 & sent in the impression kit when my son was 8 weeks old-around October 2011. He is 21 months old- it will be two years this fall that I have been waiting. I have contacted the company several times with no response. My son was born with a rare liver disease and is not doing well. We want to have this keepsake in case the worst happens. I do not have the time to hunt this company down. I spent close to 100 dollars & this is the worst customer service or lack thereof I have ever experienced. I want my precious memories of my son. This is not something that can be replaced- once in a lifetime memories!!! Why won't they answer us??Desired Settlement: I want my keepsake as ordered- no amount of refund, credit or coupon will suffice. These are precious memories that cannot be replaced. I did my job in sending them the impression of my son's hands & feet, it's time they complete their end of the deal by sending me the project I ordered & paid for.

Review: I ordered a ceramic 3D hand/foot print for my daughter and rec'd the kit that we did and sent back to the company - credit card was charged on 3/6/2012. On 5/20/2013 I rec'd an email stating they had received my impression and that "Your current estimated completion and ship date is 7/11/12." It is 6/20/2013 and despite several emails through their "Contact Us" spot on their website and through the phone number listed with the Revdex.com, I have never heard back from them about the whereabouts of my product. My daughter will never be 1 year old again - how can I ever replace this? I had used this company with my first daughter to get the same impression and it took over 6 months to receive the impression back - even though I had to wait so long, I did receive the impression so I kept holding out hope this time around. Despite the wait the first time, I still used them with my second daughter's print because I wanted the exact same print for my second daughter. Now not only do I not have a matching impression for display, I don't have one at all. And I was charged for it! How is this company still in business? NO customer service and they steal your money - worst of all, they stole a priceless keepsake that we never can never replace.Desired Settlement: If they still have my kit, I'd like the kit that I paid for to be processed into the 3D print I ordered - it is something that I otherwise can never replace since my daughter is now almost 2 years old. If they do not have it, I require a full refund.

Review: I ordered a product from Little Keepsakes on November 19, 2013. My shipping confirmation stated my product would arrive within 4 weeks. After a few months, I attempted on 4 occasions to contact the company via their website contact info, but never received a response. On their tracking portion of their website, I was able to reorder my product. I was then charged for the product

(my order placed in November was never charged). However after several more weeks and no contact from the company, I have still yet to receive my product. This keepsake is for a 3D impression of my "newborn" son, who is now 4 1/2 months old. This company is not returning my messages and they do not provide any other way to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered immediately, in order to capture my son's hand prints, even though he is no longer a newborn.

Review: I received an email from Little Keepsakes in 05/20/12 stating that my order would ship on 06/23/12. It has been over a year & I still have not received my order or any other communication from them. I have emailed them on 07/01/13, 8/17/13, 9/24/13 & today (10/16/13) & still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of my order - keepsake imprint of my daughter's hand & foot from the day she was born. She is now 18 months old so a different product or refund is not acceptable.

Review: I ordered 3 clay Impressions and was charged 231.31 4/27/13. The company took excess time to actually deliver the kit for the impression. I completed the impression quickly and sent it back in the prepaid packaging envelope the company provided, however the company never sent the finished product. The kit was sent back to me from the post office with a stamp that states "address not know." They never responded to emails or answer the number they provided on the credit card statement yet they still have an active website. They have created a scam, because there is delay in the time between sending the kit and receiving the order, now I am outside of the window of time the credit card can get the money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the 3 clay impressions, done professionally

Review: I have sent approximately 5 inquiries with this company over the past several months in hopes that maybe they were able to finish my order (submitted 10/2012) for handprints of my baby (then 100 days). They have never responded to my inquiries. They have not delivered their product as stated and now, of course my baby is no longer 100 days old, which basically ruins any hope of finding a comparable, MORE professional company, to re-do this work.

I am entirely irritated that they could not even give the proper courtesy of letting me know the order was lost or whatever excuse they want to say at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me my prints or let me know they do not have them with an apology including acknowledgement that their competency as a business is HORRIBLE. I would also like my money refunded in the amount of $106.70.

Review: I ordered the baby ink kit so I could hang my newborn's hand and footprints on the wall. After an entire month had gone by (and my baby was no longer tiny newborn size), I still hadn't received the product. I contacted customer service to inquire about the order and got no response. I contacted them again two months later to cancel the order and have them confirm that they had not charged me, but got no response.Desired Settlement: I don't even know if they ever charged me, but I know they never delivered the product. And they never responded to any of my contact requests to confirm that they hadn't charged me.
