Review: We ordered a custom band in September for our October wedding and they said it would be no problem to make the ring. They took my engagement ring so that they would be able to match the curve of it exactly. When I got the wedding band back, the curve was incorrect and the quality was not what I had seen in their display pieces. They took it back and on the evening before our wedding brought over another ring that was of similar quality and again, did not match the curve of my engagement ring. I used a different ring for my wedding. The next week my husband returned the band to Little King and they said that they would issue a full refund. They made one payment of $700 on November **. We have been trying to get them to refund the remaining $1,259.75 since then. They no longer answer the phone or emails and no one answers at their address.Desired Settlement: We would like the remaining $1,259.75 refunded.
