Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You're attempting to make it seem as though my child was acting horribly, and was deliberately hurting other children, and that you had to CONTROL us and our child! LOL ( he really didn't hurt ANYONE, because it was his face that was messed up and received NO CALL about, but you didn't hesitate to say he was "attacking" the other child) and you NEVER had to control me or my husbands behavior, and we never said anything out of line until AFTER my sons face got messed up and you conveniently didn't know what happenedSo, Little Lambs didn't have to control anyoneThat's the issue right there, you and your staff feel that you need to control the children and the parents that attend your school, You cant, all you need to do is keep them safe and happy. Also, He's in another facility and hasn't had ONE ISSUE and he's been there LONGER than he was was at yours, in a completely new setting, taking naps, eating food, listening and completely potty trained, and he hasn't come home with ANY marks on his face, besides the one that's still thereSO I feel VERY strongly it was the child care facility and not the child They also don't speak down towards the parents or try to tell them how to raise their own children, and it seems to be working well for themI should've listened to the reviews on Facebook that I told you about, and yahooBUT, you live and you learn, this was BY FAR the worst experience I've had in years of dealing with childcare.Your "school" wants children that have no personality and are expected at TWO & THREE years old to have no issues when returning from an month absence?!OBVIOUSLY, I'm not the only one with these complaints, as some are IDENTICAL to mineThis is just for the parents that may be considering this facility.Instead of flipping out in your facility, my husband leftYou didn't know what happened and couldn't find the teacher to explain why his face was messed up? Scratches all over his eyeball/face/lids/forehead?? I'm sorry, but who would come back after that?In your WIFE'S WORDS, this was a trial, so why the two week notice? Do you have to give me a two weeks notice before you decide to kick my child out, so I have time to find another daycare? Noyou don't, so if this was indeed a trial, there should've been no issue.Yes, I signed the paperBUT, if you look back on your camera, you'll see I didn't sign it until I got in there and the lady at the desk informed me I "missed a few sheets and needed to sign those"Don't even worry about the $you guys took this week, and the other $for MAYBE hours total, and the supplies too I know my money is gone, you guys got another victimIt's alright though, GOD BLESS YOU GUYS! Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] My entire complaint is not being addressed My son was immediately withdrawn due to the lack of unprofessionalism and hostility I received from Mr [redacted] on October 8th I addressed my concerns with Mrs [redacted] ; however my complaint was not taken seriously I felt my sons' care would be in jeopardy and he would be treated unfairly, therefor I had to find alternate care for my son I addressed my concerns with employees at Little Lambs I was informed that Mrand Mrs [redacted] , and their family members who are employed, also speak to their staff in an unprofessional manner This is why a two week notice was not provided

The center does not change it's position as stated in the first response

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will not allow this complaint to be resolved until I have proof that this business will do what it saysI will bring the proof to the business to prove what I am saying but as this is the third time I have run into an issue with the business I do not want to mark this as complete until I see the business do what it has said it will do in the message to the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

Our records indicate that payment has not been paid, we have not received documents from collection agency to show payment receivedIf customer is able to send proof of payment we will remove from current collection agency and send an apology letter to customerThank you [redacted] ** [redacted] Director of OperationsLittle Lambs Learning Academy [redacted] (O) | [redacted] (F) [redacted] | www.lllacad.com

The facility itself is nice, but when addressing my concerns with the female owner about the suspension of my son over a safety hazard, she began to over talk me and not listen to anything I had to sayWhen you tell me " i'm not going to continue to lolly gag with you on the phone, these are my rules and read the parent hand book" all my respect goes out the windowIn my opinion, they need to beef up the security of keeping the children with in their classroomsIt concerns me if a teacher is too slow to stop my child from exiting the room or cannot guarantee that my child will not leave the room and end up in the streets if there is no one at the front deskI think that the daycare facilitators could benefit in some education on conflict resolution, and customer service skills

Mr [redacted] was administratively dis-enrolled from the daycare for disorderly conduct in the lobby and hallways of the daycare He did not turn in a two week notice The owner told him that the police would be called to have him removed if he did not leave the property due to his disorderly conductHis behavior in the lobby was then followed by another parent that he was speaking with as he then began to try to get others to act with him Mr [redacted] has on more than one occasion caused a disturbance and issued threats towards the daycare, it's owners and staff Mr [redacted] on this occasion was administratively dis-enrolled and will not be allowed to return to the center due to the pattern of behavior he has exhibitedThe entire incident, from beginning to end was video taped by the cameras in the center Mr [redacted] stated that the behavior of the other parent was uncalled for and that he was the cause of it However, he was told that his behavior was also unacceptable, he began to act in a very disorderly way, yelling in the door way and issuing threats This type of behavior is unacceptable and the actions taken to ask him to leave were appropriateThe level that is being stooped to is very unfortunate As a pastor, it is very unfortunate that he would not tell the truth and seek to tarnish the name of the daycare His behavior was also witnessed by staff The daycare stands by its position to not allow this customer to return

Little Lambs Learning Academy has gone over and beyond to accommodate the behavior of the parent and child of this complaint Any calls made to the parent were an attempt to work with the parent so that their child could remain in daycare Despite the schools best efforts, the behavioral issues persistedThe school can never take the place of a parent who has the ultimate responsibility of correcting behavioral issuesMrs [redacted] did not submit a two week notice She did not inform anyone that she was not bringing her child back to the school The school did not know that Kingston was not returning until Mrs [redacted] called and cursed the front desk staff and said that he would not returnThis behavior is also unacceptableThe school stands by Mrs [redacted] 's choice to find another source of child care It also stands by it's policy of a written two week notice All policies agreed to in writing by Mrs [redacted] and her husband will be enforced

Today I removed ***, my year old daughter, from her daycare, Little Lambs Learning Academy located in Killeen, Texas on W.SYoungI have been a strong supporter of this business over the last years until recently because of some of the staff's behavior toward parentsI recorded on my phone the owners daughter screaming at another parent in the lobby right in front of my year old daughterI reached out to the owners as a concerned parent but have been completely ignored along with other parents voicing the same concernsThe owners refuse to listen to multiple parent complaints about their daughter's misconduct as a manager at the daycareI cannot support or endorse this businessI do hope and pray that they change and grow from thisPlease private message me for further details on the incident

Mr*** *** was administratively dis-enrolled from the daycare for disorderly conduct in the lobby and hallways of the daycare. He did not turn in a two week notice. The owner told him that the police would be called to have him removed if he did not leave the property due to
his disorderly conduct. His behavior in the lobby was then followed by another parent that he was speaking with as he then began to try to get others to act with him. Mr*** has on more than one occasion caused a disturbance and issued threats towards the daycare, it's owners and staff. Mr*** *** on this occasion was administratively dis-enrolled and will not be allowed to return to the center due to the pattern of behavior he has exhibited. The entire incident, from beginning to end was video taped by the cameras in the center. Mr*** stated that the behavior of the other parent was uncalled for and that he was the cause of it. However, he was told that his behavior was also unacceptable, he began to act in a very disorderly way, yelling in the door way and issuing threats. This type of behavior is unacceptable and the actions taken to ask him to leave were appropriateThe level that is being stooped to is very unfortunate. As a pastor, it is very unfortunate that he would not tell the truth and seek to tarnish the name of the daycare. His behavior was also witnessed by staff. The daycare stands by its position to not allow this customer to return

This is the classic wolf in sheep's clothing 'school'It looks beautiful when you walk in, but the education itself my child is getting isn't worth half the 500$ a month I'm payingBeing a private school, you expect a higher standard for the education your child getsBut here, they just for over things as a group, don't take individual time to make sure everyone is grasping and following the lesson, and go over something for 20mins as a group, then move on to something elseMy daughter just started PreK, and in one month have been expected to fully write her whole name, all her numbers, and know sight wordsJUST starting school! Ray Charles can see that's unrealistic expectations to put on a beginner studentAnd going over something for minutes and moving on without giving handouts so information can be retained seems like the biggest failure you can have as a learning AcademyMy daughter never feels included and in the time she's been there, has been denied multiple times her request to be 'the helper'She LOVES to help with anything, so this really makes her sad when it's always only the other studentsI would never recommend this institution to anyone, and in fact, will do the exact opposite to anyone who inquires about itMemorial Christian Academy is actually accredited and takes kids to graduationAnd have ALOT more activities to be involved with school events which I'm extremely excited aboutTime to leave this place and UPGRADE! The debt this complaint references is not due to the non-payment of the last month of tuitionIt is due to the individual not providing a written two week noticePolicy states that “if for any reason your child is withdrawn without prior two week written notice you will be responsible for
paying for the two weeksWritten two week notices must be turned in to the front office”
This policy is in the parent handbook which is given to every parentThis individual has signed an acknowledgment form on at least three different occasions acknowledging that she has read and agree to all of the policies and procedures within the handbook (please see attached)She was also informed in person by the Director of the written two week notice requirementShe was contacted by the office manager in June by telephone concerning the written two week notification after the child did not return to the academyAt this time she said “okay” in regards to turning in the two week noticeWhen no attempt to submit a written two week notice or payment was made, she was finally contacted through the credit agency and again subsequently by letter
Once contacted by the credit agency, she emailed a two week notice (that she said she submitted last May) on March 10, The document that was emailed was created on March 9, 2014, emailed on March 10, and had never been printed (this information can be seen in the document file)When questioned about this, she stated that she copied and pasted the notice from another document that could not be emailedThere is some concern about thisA document that was created on March 9, and never printed could not have been written, printed and submitted last year in May
It is unfortunate that this person said what she did about the Director and that she feels the way that she does about the academyHowever, the real issue is the debt that is owedThe debt cannot be removed because it has not been paidThe policy concerning withdrawals and written two week notices is as follows:
WITHDRAWAL: The center requires a two week written notice if you intend to withdraw your child from the centerFull tuition for the two week periods will be due, and your child may continue to attend through the end of the two week notice periodVacation Time will not be counted as part of two week notice.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS: If for any reason your child is withdrawn without prior two week written notice you will be responsible for paying for the two weeksWritten two week notices must be turned in to the front office
The academy is operated with integrityIts staff and managers have no reason to request payments that are not dueIf for any reason a mistake is made and it is known by management, it is acknowledged and resolvedOur customers are held in highest regardHowever, concerning this matter, payment of the debt owed will resolve all issuesThe debt is $for the two weeks associated with the two week notice requirement, $in late fees for non-payment and $in collection fees which total $If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at ***

The account has been reviewed by finance at Little Lambs. The finance department at CCS has been contacted and it has been verified that CCS did not submit any payments on behalf of Ms*** for the month of September. Notification of the fact was received by the center from CCS on October 15th and is attached to this response. Ms*** is responsible for the tuition payments for the entire month of September and the entire month of October. The fees presented in the center's initial response are valid and she will be responsible for paying her bill. If the account goes to collections due to the customer not honoring the two notice agreement and not paying what is owed, any additional fees pertaining to collections will expected to be paid by the customer. It is the center's position that all has been done to help Ms*** remedy her delinquent account at this timeNo additional fees will be waivedFull payment of the debt owed is expected

Little Lambs Learning Academy has gone over and beyond to accommodate the behavior of the parent and child of this complaint.  Any calls made to the parent were an attempt to work with the parent so that their child could remain in daycare.  Despite the schools best efforts, the...

behavioral issues persisted. The school can never take the place of a parent who has the ultimate responsibility of correcting behavioral issues. Mrs. [redacted] did not submit a two week notice.  She did not inform anyone that she was not bringing her child back to the school.   The school did not know that Kingston was not returning until Mrs. [redacted] called and cursed the front desk staff and said that he would not return. This behavior is also unacceptable. The school stands by Mrs. [redacted]'s choice to find another source of child care.  It also stands by it's policy of a written two week notice.  All policies agreed to in writing by Mrs. [redacted] and her husband will be enforced.

Our records indicate that payment has not been paid, we have not received documents from collection agency to show payment received. If customer is able to send proof of payment we will remove from current collection agency and send an apology letter to customer. Thank you[redacted]...
