Products were not delivered in a timely manner, one was missing, one was broken, and the business will not return phone calls to fix the problem.made 3 impressions of my baby on Oct 5, 2013. Return time was printed on the receipt as 4-6 weeks. After multiple phone calls and emails, I finally received a partial order on Dec 21st. Two of the impressions were ornaments for the grandmothers, so I was expecting them around late November. Unfortunately when I received the order a hand impression was missing and the large square plate was cracked in two places. [redacted] of Little Lasting Impressions has not returned my phone calls that I have placed since Dec 21. I would like to have the impression since it is a keepsake that cannot be made again. However, I would settle for an apology and a refund of the purchase price. This has been told to Mrs[redacted] on her voicemail. She has neglected to return any of my calls.Desired SettlementI would like to receive a refund for the hand impression ornament and also the square plate that is cracked in 2 places. I have not received the product that I have paid for in full. I have tried to email and phone multiple times and have not been called or emailed back.I have not received a personalized handprint/footprint plate with a value of 50 dollars.Desired SettlementI would like a refund at this point if there is no print.

Business took payment & will not refund nor give product. In few times of correscpondence, only excuses or unkept promises were made. 7 months now.April 6, 2013: purchased gift certificate $90.00 from [redacted] Little Lasting Iimpressions to a.go to hospital @ birth of my grandchild 10/13 b.go to son's home when called after birth. This certificate was for a large "plate" that both mom/dad/baby hands could go on & they could choose whatever color & design they wanted. She never returned any phone calls. This went on for MONTHS. They left voicemail. They received "mailbox full"/"this # no longer in service" messages but continued to call as they had the gift certificate & wanted the impression done or the refund. They got an email response in January stating that she had been out of town & was ready to set up an appointment & they did for the next day. [redacted] never showed/answered her phone. They sent an email telling her to refund the money & she responded to "call her" @ cell#. [redacted] never answered her phone again. That was January 14, 2014. Since then, I've tried numerous times, left a message when I was able to, and so have they. I paid for this with my [redacted] debit card through my Citizens Bank of[redacted]. Desired SettlementI want a cashier check $90.00 refund from Little Lasting Impressions immediately with an apology letter to my son and daughter-in-law for stealing the "precious memories" that she promised on the gift certificate that I gave them at the baby shower. Have not received items that have been paid for despite multiple phone calls and emails. Nor have I received any word back regarding my paid purchaseI ordered and paid for 2 items on Oct. 4, 2014 at the [redacted] at the [redacted]. When I purchased them I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to revive my items. I set it up to where I could pick them up at a local business in [redacted]. 6 weeks after my purchase sent multiple emails to the company regarding my paid order and have not received any word back. I have also tried calling the companies numbers and the mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message. I have since then sent more emails and have made more calls and no response. I have even called the store that I was going to use for pickup and they said that my item has not made it there. Desired SettlementI just want the items that I paid for and if they can't give me them then I want my money back

Can not get the owner to return calls or emails regarding my products ordered.I ordered 3 ceramic impressions on May 18, 2013 at the [redacted]. Paid in full and was told I would have my items in 4-6 weeks. I called and spoke with owner after 8 weeks and was told that her machine was broken and was being fixed and that I should have my items within the week. I also sent an email with no reply back. Went on vacation and have called 3 times and sent another email with no reply or call backs. I feel that I have given her plenty of time to respond as to when I can pick up my items.Desired SettlementI would like to have the items that I ordered because I ordered them for grandparents but if she can't provide the ordered items I would like the refund of $147.50 that I had to pay at the time of order and that has cleared my account.

Service was billed but never rendered after numerous attempts at trying to schedule appt. Eventually, refund was requested but again no response.My mother in law purchased gift card in 4/13 to get my unborn child's hand/feet impressions made. After my son was born I tried calling [redacted] around 12/13 to set up appointment. The business phone said out of order and the cell phone listed had a full mailbox. After several attempts of calling I then emailed. The third day she finally responded without much of any apology. These emails went on for over a two week time span due to her lack of timely response. After standing me up for an appt that was the last straw. I requested a refund via email and she responded call me. I called and left a voicemail and a couple days went by and I again sent another email never receiving a response. She walked away with $90 in pocket and myself with nothing other than a horrible experience.Desired SettlementWe would like the $90 refunded or else will be taking this matter further.

I purchased $200 of product from Little Lasting Impressions one piece was not at the delivery place and the rest was broken.One piece that had my daughters handprint and footprint was broken I purchased 4 footprint ornaments all were cracked and poorly finished and one piece that was my husbands handprint with my daughters inside his was not even delivered at all I contacted Toni and she said she would refund my money I have no longer been able to contact her on the phone email or text Desired SettlementI would like the full amount of 200 to be refunded the product that I received was not up to any kind of selling standard* Refund check was issued to [redacted] on 8-21-13. Sent out 2nd refund check on 9-15-13. First check was never cashed.Thank you.[redacted]
