We had Called them 3 days prior to the delivery and told them we could not Pickup the Equipment on Monday Sept 28th at 8:30 am in San Francisco due to traffic. The delivery date was on the 24th they put the order in on the system on 21st at...

4:23 pm.
We called them on the 22nd which was the next day our office close at 5pm.
They told my rep to go ahead and cancel the order which we did which was a lady on the phone.
We got a call from a gentleman on Thursday looking for the equipment and had told him that we spoke with a lady that canceled the equipment when we called to let them know we could not pickup on Friday Morning at 8:30 am in SF.
Fyi: there was lot of yelling on the phone between the lady and the Gentleman on the phone when they called us looking for the equipment.
They have already received their refund.
