Hello,to answer your question, yes, I believe I was overcharged for the service and would like to be reimbursedSecondly, the advertised charge is $maximum for all day sat/sun pricingI have a picture of the advertiZed price if neededAnd, I had to pay the $in full although I only parked for hours (from 9pm sat to 1am Sunday)See attached advertisement

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: No offer of such service was madeThe representative did not make any such claim to repair or reimburseme the cost of such repairI was informed that an investigation would take place prior to any offer from said company.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

We have investigated the claim and have been in contact with the Customer. While we believe we did not cause the damage in question, the damage is of the type that appears only to require a basic compounding to correct. As a courtesy to the customer, and in an attempt to amicably
resolve this matter, we have offered to cover the cost of the compounding. The customer has agreed and we are coordinating the details of the final resolution directly with the customer

I am the owner of the garage where *** *** parked on December **, 2015. I have read *** ***'s complaint and I attempted to contact him at the telephone number he provided in order to try to amicably resolve this issue. *** *** did not answer so I left a voicemail
message and have not received a return phone call.Regarding the substance of *** ***'s complaint, please be advised that *** *** parked at our garage on December **, 2015, New Year's Eve. As our garage is extremely busy on New Year's Eve, we staff the facility with extra attendants and charge a premium Event Rate of $for the day. We posted five 28" x 44" Event Rate signs (a photo of one is attached) clearly and conspicuously throughout the garage (including both entrances and at the pay station immediately in front of the garage office) notifying customers that the Event Rate is in effect and the price for parking on New Year's Eve is a flat rate of $($for overnight parking)*** *** parked at 6:10pm and checked out at 9:25pm (a total of hours and minutes). *** *** apparently dined at a restaurant in the area that purchases parking validations from our garage entitling the restaurant's patrons to hours free parking (with validation). The restaurant purchases these validations for $per validation.
When a customer exceeds the hour time parameter, the customer is obligated to pay the posted rate for that excess time. As *** *** parked on New Year's Eve, the Event Rate of $was in effect. Accordingly, *** *** was charged the posted $Event Rate for his excess timePlease note, a number of *** ***'s allegations are simply unfair and untrue1. As previously stated, our garage is paid a fee of $per validation by the restaurant. Accordingly, *** ***'s assertion that we "received full reimbursement from the restaurant for my parking via the complimentary parking arrangement, so they effectively double billed" is simply untrue
2. *** *** also claims that he was charged "the overnight rate of $40.00" for minutes of parking. This assertion is also untrue As indicated on the attached sign, the overnight parking rate that evening was $not $*** *** was in fact charged the posted applicable rate for the evening which was a flat rate of $40.00; and
3. *** ***'s complaint also implies that he exceeded the three hour validation period because the garage was understaffed. This too is untrue. *** *** exceeded the three hour validation period because *** *** failed to return to the garage before the three hour validation period expired. While the garage was certainly busy that evening because it was New Year's Eve, we had additional staff working and staffing had nothing to do with the fact that *** ***'s three hour validation expired before he ever set a foot into the garage to check outIn summary, (1) *** *** was charged the correct posted rate for having exceeded the three hour validation period; (2) *** *** was not charged the overnight rate; (3) We did not receive full reimbursement from the restaurant that purchased the validation, nor did we double billWhile our staff did follow proper procedure, I recognize I am in a service business and I do not want our customers to leave feeling like that were mistreated. Accordingly, I reached out to *** ***, by telephone, in a good faith attempt to try to amicably resolve this matter. I am waiting for a return call If *** *** would like to talk, I am more than happy to discuss his experience and try to work out a fair resolution to this matterThank you

Dear [redacted] -
I am in receipt of your notification from [redacted] regarding his claim of damage to his BMW.  I have attached my original response to [redacted]'s first certified letter for your review which delineates my company's position on this matter.
Please be further...

advised that despite [redacted]'s assertion to the Revdex.com that he sent a second certified letter to me on 10/**/2014, I have never received a second Certified letter from him.  Moreover, I find it odd that rather then simply calling me directly to discuss this matter and attempt to resolve it like gentleman (as I have requested multiple times), [redacted] insists on a campaign of certified letter writing, complaints to the Revdex.com and phone calls from his wife who is unable or unwilling to discuss the substance of the issue beyond stating that her husband is too busy to speak with me.
By way of this Revdex.com complaint, I am now in possession of a new telephone number for [redacted] and with your permission, I would like to call him directly to see if we can work this out.
Please advise if I have permission to contact [redacted] directly.
Thank you.

This issue is good example of the saying No Good Deed Goes Unpunished. We are doing our best to extend a courtesy to [redacted] but we cannot do so without [redacted]'s cooperation.  I would like to restate that we absolutely did not cause the damage alleged.  Despite same, we have offered to repair the damage based upon [redacted]'s acknowledgement that it is a minor scratch that can be repaired through a simple compounding of the vehicle.  We offered to arrange the compounding to be done for [redacted] at our cost.  [redacted] refused and insisted he wanted to arrange the compounding himself. In a further attempt to amicably resolve this matter we simply asked for a photo of the scratch and an estimate for the cost of the repair so that we know what we are agreeing to in advance of the work being performed.[redacted] agreed to provide this information but to date has not done so.  Instead, [redacted] apparently used his time to write this follow up complaint to the Revdex.com alleging we are somehow responsible for the failure to achieve a resolution to this issue when it is, in fact, [redacted]'s failure to cooperate that is the real cause of the delay here. While I would prefer handling what would otherwise appear to be a simple matter directly with [redacted], like gentlemen, [redacted] appears to prefer to handle this issue through emails back and forth to the Revdex.com which include unfair and inaccurate statements.  Accordingly, so there can be no misunderstanding going forward, I will again formally ask [redacted] to provide a photo of the scratch in question and an estimate for the cost of the compounding required to remove the scratch. If the repair estimate is reasonable, we are happy to reimburse [redacted] for the cost of the repair.  Alternatively, our original offer to arrange the compounding of his vehicle at our cost is still available should [redacted] so choose. Please advise how [redacted] would prefer to proceed.Thank you.

I have not received any such offer,  the issue at hand is the deciet demonstrated by this business. The business has furthermore insulted me and my integrity by making such outlandish accusations as this being my lack of cooperation. Review: This establishment publishes misleading advertising tactics that lead customers leading to absurd and substantial rates after leaving your car parked for only 4 hours. Personnel is rude and complacent with corporate policy that hinders customer loyalty. Simply put, this was the most absurd experience with sparking facility I've ever experienced in my life.Desired Settlement: I'd like for the company to stop their misleading advertising! It's outrageous how the manipulate customers into thinking their rates are lower than 30 dollars for two days when only 4 hour span they charged 30 dollars!!!!

We recognize we are in a service business and while we do not believe that our signage is misleading, if and when a customer's experience is such that they believe our rate signs are not clear, we certainly are open to discussing the issue and taking steps to remedy any source of confusion. I have contacted [redacted] directly and have talked through her issue and am presently working towards an amicable resolution with her.

Review: I parked for 3 hours and 14 minutes on December **, 2015. I waited at least 10 minutes, maybe more, to get my car due to inadequate staffing on that evening. I had 3 hour complimentary parking with a local restaurant. When the 3 hours was deducted from my time, which was really overstated due to lack of parking garage staffing, I at most should have been charged for 14 minutes parking. I was charged the overnight rate of $40, which is an outrageous amount for a short parking time which was due completely to lack of parking garage staff. To add insult, the parking garage received full reimbursement from the restaurant for my parking via the complimentary parking arrangement, so they effectively double billed. This is a very unethical way of doing business.Desired Settlement: My credit card was charged $40. Reduce the credit card charge by $30, to make the final charge $10.

Review: Little Man Parking garage at [redacted] received my undamaged brand new car 328i Xdrive BMW on 9/*/2014. Parking garage service personnel damaged front bumper between 9/* and 9/**. Attendants noticed damage 9/** and concealed this fact from me. Little Man Parking personnel did not inform me of the observed damage to my new BMW and I picked up the car 9/** and I did not notice the damage in the dark garage. I immediately observed the damage in the light of the day when I arrived at my destination. I reported the damage and filed a damage claim upon my return to the garage on 9/**/14. A Little Man [redacted] began an investigating by implying that I caused the damage before interviewing his own staff. His heavy handed, self-serving "investigation" concluded that Little Man was not responsible for the damage citing "surveillance photography." I brought the issue to the [redacted] of the company by certified mail and requested refund of $544.48 cost of repair on 9/**/2014. [redacted] responded standing behind company's flawed investigation and citing the policy that if the damage is not reported when car is picked up that I have no claim. Not informing me of the damage when it was observed in the garage is unethical and deceitful behavior. It suggests an unlawful conspiracy to avoid paying for damages done in the garage. I sent a second certified letter on 10/10 responding to [redacted]'s letter correcting a number of false allegations and wrong facts containing in his response. [redacted] has not responded to further request for appropriate resolution of dispute.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $544.48 cost of repair of bumper to restore brand new car to new condition.
