actions. We were notified there was an issue with the billing statement. Several attempts were made to contact MS [redacted] using the contact information we were provided, even as late as last Friday where we left voice mails to return our call, prior to this Revdex.com complaint. That said, we did miss a credit, for an enrollment incentive, that could have been easily fixed with a return phone call or email. We have since updated the credit. The lingering issue, was a return payment that did not clear causing us to have to bill for more than one week, per the ACH debit authorization and parent tuition contract we have on file for MS [redacted]. This has also now been collected, adjusted and credited. Thank you again for allowing us to address this concern. We recommend the easiest most efficient way to address minor issues like this is to contact us directly per the parent handbook and contact information provided. It allows for the issue to be addressed most appropriately; without wasting time, effort, and resources like the Revdex.com.
