Little nail shop Meridian st Indianapolis, IN (317)844-I am the owner of the LNSAs the case of the customer who complaints, I am well aware of because I was there that night and know the whole scenarioAbout 5:pm that night, she and her little girlcIJle and both_w_anted _manicureWhen my tech- - finishea her daughter and started to do her manicure, she realized the customer's nail is an artificialMy tech, who is over years old and has very strong accent , has over years experience She asked the customer if she wants a fill or manicure because she has acrylic nail onI think that you know what it isWhen you has acrylic nail on and when it grows out, if you don't want to fill it then you have to take it off or you will see the line between your nails and the acrylicShe said that she just needs a manicure which is service including just nail trimming, shaping, cutting cuticles, massaging, and polishingShe said a couple times that she just needs a manicureOne of the mistakes my tech did that she didn't tell the customer that she will see the line when they get polished that is the reason when she complains about the lines, I came right over and tell her that we just do what the customer wants us to doWe don't remove their nail without their permission which is she never ask us to do I have been in this business for over years and I never like to argue with the customerTo me, customers always come first no matter what Im again sorry my tech action, she has a heavy accent and when hearing customer complaining, she tried to explain but her accent make the customer feel like she is mean to herThat is why I came over and offer to take her nail off and told her since all the misunderstanding, I wont charge her for the taking off serviceHer nails are very soft, so I told her that we wont take the acrylic all the way down-but keeping a-very thin layer of acrylicto avoiding breaking and file on nail again to make them all smooth then polished them for herShe even thanked me for it Im sorry that she thinks that the whole experience happened in front of her daughter is bad but there is no yelling or anything for her daughter to feel that way The next day she called and told my manager that she had the terrible job done and want to come back in for a free service and threatened to report to the bureau for our bad serviceI told my manager to tell her that we didn't do any thing wrong so we wont offer that for herIm in this business for so long, I am always proud of myself for putting customers above anything else and will go out of my way to make them happyI left my own customer to come over to take care of her nail and tried to make things right , it took me half an hour to take her nails and file down her nails to make them smooth which she should know that after you have acrylic nails on, taking them off wont make your nails look exactly like her original nailsIf I know this is happening, I would take a picture of her nails to prove that her complaints about the job is wrongImay not be the best nail tech in this profession but Iam proud to say that Iam very good of what im doingIdon't mind going out of my way to fix it for her if it is a bad job but I assure you that is not the case That is how the whole situation wasIfyou think that Idid not handle it well, please tell me a better way to deal with it, please tell me and Iwill do it Thank you SincerelyAngie V*

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did provide a better way for this business to deal with itI called the next day and said that I could come into the shop later for them to see my nails and asked if they would fix itI did not ask for a free serviceI asked them to do a proper job on my nailsThey refusedIf a customer is not satisfied, a business needs to fix it, not argue with the customerI think it is evident from their response that they had no intention of fixing it and ensuring that they did a good jobThey instead of argued with me regarding their serviceOtherwise, they would've let me come back so I could show them just how bad it looked and further expressed my lack of satisfaction Had I looked at their reviews prior to going into the shop, I would've noticed that many people leave dissatisfied (***)At this point, I stand by my complaint with the Revdex.com and would like for it to be published on the websiteI'm going to my old nail salon now, who do an amazing jobI would simply like my money back and will not frequent this business in the future.

My tech, who is over 60 years old and has very strong accent , has over 20 years experience.  She asked the customer if she wants a fill or manicure because she has acrylic nail on. I think that you know what it is. When you has acrylic nail on and when it grows out, if you don't want to fill it then you have to take it off or you will see the line between your nails and the acrylic.
