Little Neck Carwash

Review: Went into the car wash for a wash but result in paint damage. This is because the member failed to get the car out of the wash assembly line in time so the back car hit my car in the bumper. My car was only received within two weeks from dealers arrival and is brand new shipped from Japan. Damage has been done to the back bumper where paint chips is visible to the naked eye. Employee deny any damage has been done to the car immediately and [redacted] has failed to response despite the fact where I left my contact for the [redacted] to contact me. The [redacted] has promised to review tape and resolve this issue but still have yet to do so.Desired Settlement: The business should at least take full responsibility and admit fault and offer repair to damage cause by them
