Had grill cleaned and was told when I set up the appointment that any needed parts were included in the cleaning price
I had the Grill Doctor clean my grillWhen I called to inquire about pricing, I was told that any needed parts would be included in the price I knew the grill needed some parts to be repaired so I figured this would be a good deal I would not of paid plus tax to just have my grill cleaned when I can go out and buy a brand new one for just a little bit more The lady who set up my appointment for November 8th was Justine She assured me that any needed parts would be included in the price They did clean my grill and a few days later, Justine called me to tell me that my parts would cost plus an hour to install the parts When I inquired about the extra charge, I was told that I must of misunderstood They then offered to install the parts after I paid the for parts at a flat fee and not be billed for the hourly
Work was performed on my fireplace unit in my home While performing work they damaged another piece of my equipment I have contacted them for the past months and they have not fixed my fireplace They pay me lip service on the phone when I call but zero follow through Please avoid this place of business
