I do not accept this account. They claim that the washer was notprop erly installed?  The company that it assures that this is not the case. They agreed that little nickys did not correctly as the problem.

The major problem is due to the wrong install is what has caused all these problems.  Electrolux Corporation has found that most service calls on this model unit is due to miss installation. When they where under factory warranty we were made to document and sign off on a check list of install.  That is the reason that the pump went bad and that is why we kept telling the customer to correct his install and call us.  The unit will continue to go through drain pumps and drain valves with it draining down and will continue to have the smell inside unit to.

Little Nicky's said they were coming for a courtesy call - the light wasn't working in my oven after they had been here to repair the oven. Before the repairman came he called to let me know he was on his way, at that time he confirmed that this would be a courtesy call. When he came I was told that Little Nicky's would wave the $70.00 to get there (service call) but he had talked to his boss and his boss had said I still had to pay $40.00 for the service of putting the light bulb in. I said "take your light bulb and go". The worker called his boss [redacted], and [redacted] proceeded to rant and rage at me because he needed his money to put food on the table for his family. This was not only unprofessional but felt threatening to me.

They have had my microwave convection oven for over 5 weeks. Calls are returned--maybe. Last time I called--2 weeks ago--I was told that mine was next to be repaired. REALLY? So, where is it? This is my only oven and I told them several times that I desperately need it. I had to purchase a microwave oven after the first week without one and just bought a new convection/microwave oven. I can't wait any longer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE LIARS!

Early on a Friday morning I went to switch over a load from my wash machine, only do find that my clothes were soaking and water on my floor. Although I was supposed to work that day, I knew I needed it fixed asap with a household of 5 children. I called numerous places and all were booked up for days to weeks. [redacted] from Little Nicky's called me and they do were booked up, however she told me to hold on and she would call me back. 5 minutes later my phone rang with [redacted] letting me know they are squeezing me in. Shortly after 3pm, the technician called and said he will be here shortly. [redacted] is currently out here and working on my washer. Very polite and helpful. Thank you Little Nicky's for your prompt help.

Review: On Friday June 27th I called Little Nicky's appliance repair service to scheduled an appointment to come out and look at my Maytag Neptune dryer that wasn't working. I talked to [redacted] and she said they could have someone at my house on Monday between 9am and 1pm to look at my dryer and it would be $65 for the service call. On Monday July 1st [redacted] showed up at 1:00pm to look at my dryer with a trainee who did the work. [redacted] said I needed a thermistor which would cost about $35 and did not have one with him or on his truck. [redacted] said he could have one dropped shipped to my house on Tuesday all I would have to do is take 2 screws out and replace it myself I said fine. Tuesday July 2nd came and went no part. I called them about it and they said maybe it will be there tomorrow. Wednesday July 3rd the part did come and I replaced the part and put back all of the rest the dryer parts back on plugged it in and the dryer is still not working. I called [redacted] back and told him what happened and he said he would stop out Friday July 5th before going to the office around 8am I said ok I'll be waiting for you. 8am rolled around no [redacted], 9am, 10 am no [redacted]. So I called them back and left several messages and finally [redacted] shows up at 5:30pm to look at our dryer and says I now need a new circuit board which will cost me another $150 but doesn't have the part in stock again. [redacted] tells me he can have it shipped to the house on Wednesday July 10th. I said OK. Wednesday comes and goes no part, Thursday no part? Friday July 12th I called them at noon from work to let them know the part never came. [redacted] finally dropped off the part around 5:30pm on Friday and just left. Why didn't [redacted] just change it out he would have known it was the wrong part. If I had a customer who wasn't happy I would definitely try to do whatever I could to fix it. So, after working 12 hours on Saturday, I came home and thought I would finally be able to fix my dryer after almost 2 weeks. I open the package and to my horror I know I have the wrong part. I am furious at this point. 2 weeks have gone by, and I still don't have a working dryer!

On Monday July 15th I call [redacted] at 7:30 am on his cell and leave a message. No call back. At 9am I call the service number and talk to [redacted] about my situation and ask for [redacted] to call me back. 3 hours go by and still no call back! 2pm I finally get ahold of [redacted] on his cell and told him I have the wrong part he gets defensive and blames Whirlpool for sending the wrong part. I asked why he couldn't call me earlier as I have been waiting for him to call me back he says you were on the list. I lost it at this point and said I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and he was fired!Desired Settlement: I need Little Nicky's to issue a full refund of the $105 I paid on July 1st with my credit card for non-service and $75 dollars spent at the laundry mat.

Response:

I went to [redacted]'s house on 7/01/2013 and found that his thermistor was running at 3800ohms. According to the service sheet in his dryer it's sapouse to read at 2400 ohms plus or minus 10%. So I told him he needed a new thermistor and he said order it he did not want to pay the labor to get the thermistor put on and said that he would do it him self. I ordered the thermistor and when he got it he said it sill was showed the error code. he called me 07/03/13 and told me that I told him I would stop by on friday the 5 when I headed out of the office never said a time just that he would be my first call. He said no problem he was off work he would be out back. When I got there July 5 I measured the thermistor it measured good now and I told him that the old thermistor must have taken out the control. Then I told him that I would get him a control but my parts house did not have one in stock would have to get it from whirlpool direct and it would not ship out till the next week cause of holiday weekend. I ordered the part off whirlpools expolded view and thats the part it said was the one for a gas dryer. Then today on 7/15/2013 he called and said that was the wrong part I tried to tell him let me call the parts house and see what was wrong and he said forget it your fired. If he wants his money back he needs to bring us the parts he got in new condition and we will refund his money and both parts will be tested to make sure they are the ones that were shipped to him by the serial numbers on them. On arrival of the parts we will credit him for the parts and shipping the service call is the service call.

Review: The company made three service calls to repair dishwasher that did not drain. They claimed the washer was not properly installed. We contacted the company that sold us the machine, [redacted], and they came out and said the washer was correctly installed and problem was with the drain motor. They suggested repair persons from Little Nicky's had totally missed the cause of the problem. As on three separate times they failed to find the nature of the problem, I do not feel I should have to pay for these service calls. I have contacted them and received no response.Desired Settlement: Refund cost of three service calls.

Response:

To Whom It May Concern,

Our company was out the first time to [redacted]'s house at [redacted]. On 12/19/2013 we repaired his refrigerator and looked at his dishwasher. On that date we had found the drain in the basement was clogged and cleared the clog. The dishwasher drain fine while testing after that. Then on 01/06/2014 [redacted] called and said it was doing the same thing. We found a pistachio nut in the drain and removed it. As we dug farther into the unit that time we noticed the unit was misinstalled. The unit is installed through the floor with out and air gap and per installation instructions that have been attached Section 8 #3 that there must be an air gap before going through the floor. With out an air gap it can cause pump and drain valve damage. On 05/23/2014 [redacted] called again and stated that his dishwasher still was not draining right and we told him that when he gets his install corrected we would address the situation farther and charged him a service call fee for coming to his home. His wife then asked who she should contacted and we told her to contact the company that installed the unit that we are not plumbers and it needs a plumber to correct installation of unit.

Thank You

Little Nicky's Appliance Repair

I would like to say we were pleased with our experience with Little Nicky's Appliance Repair. The men were courteous, efficient and professional with our dryer repair and we will call them again if needed.

My brand new LG dryer didn't work (no heat) from the day (Saturday) it was delivered. Long story short, LG set up an appointment with Little Nicky's, Four days later, Jay, the repair tech showed up and spent over an hour tracing the problem including a phone call directly to LG. A new valve was ordered, and 7 days later, it was replaced (again by Jay) and I'm happy to report that life is good. Thanks Jay, job well done!

This stupid company charged me 73.50 to come in to my house and take a guess on what's wrong with my dryer. Beware of these scam artists

Removed a LG Air Conditioner from home on 9/8/2015 ,never did repair on unit for over 2 &1/2 months . Called this LG recommended repair person over 6 times to no avail. Also called LG over 6 times to no avail. Unit has a 5 year replacement warranty and was purchased on 8/8/2012. I will never buy a LG product again because of the terrible customer service. Little Nicky's is the worst ever repair shop!!
