I had missed the schedule appointment back in March for my years old son who suddenly got sick when he came back from his school.it was not appropriate for me to further traumatize him and take him to dentist with high fever and coughI called this dentist and try to explain the situation but they said we did not call them hors in advance for cancellation and charged us $broken appointment charge

May 25, 2016To Whom it May Concern:Regarding the complaint made by a former patient of ours, I have enclosed notes indicatin that the missed appointment charge was waived on 5/23/ We called the parents on 3/when the patient had not arrived but were unable to reach anyone We do not
