On 8/6/2016, John Guy M [redacted] was paid $cash with a promise of a week installation It is now 12/28/ Guy does not answer our calls and does not return our calls after calling his receptionist at 877-913- He has recently changed his company name to Shutter Pros of Florida

We called Shutters & Blind Pros with a deadline of weeks to have shutters in our whole house installedGuy promised us it would take 8-weeksWe put a $deposit downOn the 9th week I called to get a status on the blindsAfter several attempts and an emergency call we received a call back stating they would be installed that weekThe day before I called to confirm the time and again made several calls with finally a return call stating they did not have our productGuy said it would take almost a week for him to get an answer as to when we would have themFor the next week we made several calls without an answerI finally called my credit card company and disputed the chargeAfter Guy was contacted by the credit card company he called to tell us that our blinds were still out 2-weeks and he knows we were tired of waiting so he would refund our moneyI felt the blinds were never ordered and an attempt to keep our deposit was the plan of action

On 8/6/2016, John Guy M[redacted] was paid $1400 cash with a promise of a 4 week installation. It is now 12/28/2016. Guy does not answer our calls and does not return our calls after calling his receptionist at 877-913-0052. He has recently changed his company name to Shutter Pros of Florida.

We called Shutters & Blind Pros with a deadline of 12 weeks to have shutters in our whole house installed. Guy promised us it would take 8-9 weeks. We put a $4100.00 deposit down. On the 9th week I called to get a status on the blinds. After several attempts and an emergency call we received a call back stating they would be installed that week. The day before I called to confirm the time and again made several calls with finally a return call stating they did not have our product. Guy said it would take almost a week for him to get an answer as to when we would have them. For the next week we made several calls without an answer. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge. After Guy was contacted by the credit card company he called to tell us that our blinds were still out 2-3 weeks and he knows we were tired of waiting so he would refund our money. I felt the blinds were never ordered and an attempt to keep our deposit was the plan of action.
