customer could not provide one, we went forward with a residential address for deliveryThe residential address that we received couldn't be serviced by the trucking company for such a large shipmentThe shipment was delayed againThey were able to resolve the shipping problem by picking up the engine at the freight dock instead.The customer picked up and signed for the engine on January 8th.Thanks,John A*** Little Power Shop

Review: I ordered a diesel engine part (a FICM) which had a $150 core charge in February 2016. I returned the core in early March 2016 (delivery was confirmed by USPS tracking and within 30 days). I emailed in mid-March to inquire about the $150 core refund and received no response. I called in early April to inquire about the $150 core refund. The individual I spoke with on the phone confirmed that the core I returned was present in their shop. It is now several weeks later and I have not received my $150 refund on the core or any explanation why I am not entitled to the refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $150 core charge on the diesel part I ordered (a FICM).
