Dear Revdex.com, Please note that upon registration, all the parents sign a contract that states that they must give a minimum of weeks’ notice prior to withdrawing their childrenIf they fail
to provide weeks’ notice, they lose their deposit*** *** *** failed to provide any definitive withdraw notice and therefore forfeited the entire depositAfter several emails and discussions over the phone, *** *** *** agreed to just have the week deposit backHowever, she has then changed her mind and is demanding the full weeks and has since refused to communicate with usWe feel that week is very reasonable given the dangerous situation her husband caused with the police outside our businessAt Little Prince Day Care, we run a respectable business and are here to provide the very best care for children and their familiesAs all day care providers know, care goes beyond the front door and must continue to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the children whenever possibleIn *** *** ***'s husband’s case, he repeatedly caused several situations directly outside our premise that was unfitting to children entering and leaving the daycareAs such, Little Prince Day Care and *** *** *** agreed that they should part ways, however *** *** *** did not provide any definitive dates of when they would be withdrawing their children

The business committed to refunding the amount of money not used and I have a written email from the *** that proves itWhich I have attached when I opened this caseThe environment at the daycare became hostile to my kids, and I spoke with the *** which agreed to an early termination and also to provide full deposit back given the particular situation (see email)She explicitly made it easy for me to withdraw my kids by promising of reimbursing the deposit verbally and by email.The staff at the daycare is a combination of illegal workers and relatives of the owners (aunt, sister, mother and father that come on tourist Visa to work for her) that given the problem we had with the *** did not handle the communication with my kids professionally. The owners did not fulfill the agreement and I still request the weeks deposit ($1142) back and also my kids stuff.Regards,*** *** ***

Review: We (my husband and I) use to have both our kids [redacted] and [redacted] attend little prince daycare. Due to a disagreement we had with the [redacted] and [redacted] we decided to remove our kids (last day was 5/*/15) and we reached a mutual agreement with the [redacted] (that is documented through emails) to get our deposit back for the time we are not using. The amount is $1142. The [redacted] decided not to fulfill the agreement and take back the deposit or a portion of it- she does not communicate with us and she is not committing to any time for delivering the refund.Desired Settlement: We need the deposit ($1142) back as per the agreement we reached before we decided to remove the kids from the facility.

If they fail to provide 2 weeks’ notice, they lose their deposit. [redacted] failed to provide any definitive withdraw notice and therefore forfeited the entire deposit. However, she has then changed her mind and is demanding the full 2 weeks and has since refused to communicate with us. We feel that 1 week is very reasonable given the dangerous situation her husband caused with the police outside our business. At Little Prince Day Care, we run a respectable business and are here to provide the very best care for children and their families.
