The customer placed a deposit on the puppy on 9/22/(see attached invoice)We initially contacted the customer and told her the puppy was not quite ready to go (see attached screen shot text message) She wasn't happy about this, but she was thankful we were keeping the puppies health the
first priority We agreed to ship the puppy on 10/3/at that time (see screen shot text messages) As the week progressed on, I decided we would be able to get the puppy to here even sooner than expected on 10/2/ The customer was emailed the flight info on 9/29/as you can see in the email attached At this point we still had not received full payment for the puppy You can read the long text message conversation that I attached as well where the customer became irrational about us and why we shouldn't ship the puppy to her These are in email format as I am not sure how to get that length of text messages off the phone in any other way In the attachment C= Customer response and M = Merchant response Attached you will see printed screen shots of our website www.littlepuppiesonline.com You can visit our website to verify the screen shots In the screen shot showing before the customers selects the “deposit” item, it tells the customers that “Deposits are non-refundable.”

We are currently working with our lawyer to draft a release of all claims document for this customer so that we can issue her a refund.  We did send her the puppy she ordered and the puppy she ordered is a Teddy Bear.  We are USDA licensed and can not falsify a breed.  The puppies...

pictures were taken at 8 weeks of age and she did not get the puppy until he was 5 months old.  His age was correct on our website when she purchased the puppy and we confirmed this with her via email.  The misunderstanding came because she thought the pictures were current at his current age.  We also held the puppy for over a month for her until she was able to take delivery of him.  The customer never asked for an up to date picture and we never thought about it either.  We never called the customer stupid, nor did we agree to anything else with her.

Mr. Nathan is a huge liar. He has promise Wags which I will forward on the email Wags sent me. They have been really great to me, but this man is playing games. He told Wag and me days ago, if you read one of the letters I sent to you on Monday, he had stated to me and Wags his lawyer was writing up the terms. I can export my cell phone conversation or also re-send you the emails what he said to the both of us.;Today I get a intimidating call from his lawyer, now stating if I need my own lawyer, but hoping to resolve this. Now his game has change again. Wags emailed and called. I informed them what Mr. Nathan  is doing, they thought we had it in the process. I told Wags today, I cant handle crying, I cant handle the depression  of what this man did to me. He make money hand over fist, getting a lawyer and dragging this out, for less that a 1,000. mater fact 700 something because I paid Wags already 142. I haven't asked for him to repay me for the vet bill of the dog hiving worms when shipped, I had to treat me other dog. I have b egged this man for another dog that was real in the photos, because I needed it for my therapy. Instead this man  is a sick guy, he is all over the internet for selling and giving the wrong dog, selling sick dogs, and dogs that have died from parvo.I cant handle what this man has done to me, he got what he wanted for a short time. I had to take the money to  train  this dog, to pay it off next month. I however from one of his emails, if he didn't have it to me, I could put up my bad reviews of the truth of him  where all the other bad ones are, you name it...So I will, I will take it civil where he cant play games or cant keep his lies straight. Mam, I don't get how someone who is supposed to be kind, has not once asked me how the pup is, he even told me he has dogs coming in  every day so its not like he can keep track of. He heard them in, and preys on peop0le like me.With him, it like talking to a fork tongue of evil.I told him today, I have to pray for him, God says I cant hate him, but it doesn't stop me from telling the truth. I am not out to hurt his business, but pup0py mills, and people like him who just could have gave me a dog for exchange of the one I didn't buy. My husband was willing to drive since I am disabled.I will forward Wags last email. They are great people to me, they were trying to get my the therapeutic dog I needed, even when it wasn't their job.I do hope you put this one your site of a black mark. I know you can put my email or the evidence I gave you, but hoping people do a search like I should have done , or I would be typing to you. I am so stupid .. dumb I say. I was just so desperate. I at least cant keep dealing with this man. It not worth having a breakdown.Thank you for all your help... don't hold your breath you will see any letter. If you do, it will probably be a fake one. He has dragged this one out so long without writing one letter, this man know what he is doing,Anyway, sorry for the ramble, thank you for trying your best.
