Little Rascals Doggie

Review: My Olde English Bulldogge boarded with this company during the 2013 Thanksgiving Holiday. I originally wanted to purchase a private suite for my do but they told me that none were available and recommended the cage less option as a viable substitute, as my dog had been there is well socialized. The cage less option is supposed to offer 24 hour surveillance and have an web link to where dog owners can view the dogs stay. The video monitoring did not work; and upon my arrival the [redacted] the owner notified me that my dog had a swollen leg, and some scrapes probably due to the dogs playing, but I was never called prior to my arrival for pick up. I quickly examined my dog, and though she was not acting as her usual and perky self put her in the car so that we could go home. My dog laid down the entire car ride and when it was time to get her out of the car she could barely walk. I carried her indoors and examined her more closely, only to notice that my dog had been bitten through the leg. Noticing this, I called back to Little Rascals and spoke to [redacted] who was very rude and said that she does not know what happened to my dog because she was not watching. I now have to take my dog to the vet and pray that my dog does not have an ACL tear as [redacted] the owner continually claimed it would be. To even mention that my dog would have an ACL tear is tasteless, and the fact that [redacted] showed no concern, or sympathy about the injury caused at her business under her watch is why I'm writing this complaintDesired Settlement: I would like a billing adjustment to offset any fees incurred at the vet due to my dogs injury while under Little Rascals care. Also, I would like a sincere written apology from the Owner.
