Very unethical accounting practices; does not bill your insurance for all services performed; charges you for services they know your insurance does not cover without telling you upfront; does not notify you if you have a credit balance on your account after they receive insurance payment
Performed a root canal and two weeks later told me they should have done an extractionThis can happen anywhere but I've spoken to several individuals that had this same experience at this dental clinic
