I am rejecting this response because:  The response given was not to amend the issue but just a forward of the email exchange between myself and the business. I want a monetary fix to this issue as there were multiple issues with the entire dinner cruise. The complaints include the poor food, the poor entertainment, and the lack of customer satisfaction once the complaint  was filed. I could have myself forwarded the emails between myself and the business to the Revdex.com. The fact that Maria is only willing to amend the food portion ($80) and when I asked for a detailed list of charges I was told she knows what the money goes towards for the price of the ticket. I do not believe that covers the food;  and regardless if that $80 didn't cover the food that was not the only complaint we had.   A four course dinner cruise for two people would cost $244 and only $80 of that be towards a four course meal. I will continue to proceed with the Revdex.com until the issue is amended or I am able to go public with the unsatisfactory experience and customer service we have experienced. Regards,

The atmosphere was decent. The 45-60 minute time in which the music played to dance was enjoyable. The salmon was over cooked and lacked taste , the broccoli was raw,  the prime rib was cold and very fatty, the cheesecake was dense and flavorless and the chocolate mousse was not enjoyable either. We will not return to this dinner cruise or recommend to anyone traveling this direction. This was an expensive evening to be so disappointed with the overall experience. Thanks, Curt and [redacted]
