The compliant is not all trueThe grandmother did come to the center to pick up her grandchild during dinner time; however the children were still eatingDuring that time the staff was still feeding another year old at the time when the
grandmother walked inThe grandmother asked had she eaten and the staff replied I have not feed her yetThe grandmother got up set and said this is what I don't likeThe staff tried to explain the reason why she hadn't ate yet but she was not trying to hear itShe said this is what *** me off then stormed out of the buildingThe reason she hadn't been feed yet is because she is a very picky eater and they have to take up a lot of time with trying to get her to eat our healthy meals we serveMom is aware of this because she is the one that told the staff you have to play with her and couch her to eatShe also eats very slowAlso the staff can only feed one child at a timeThat's why they feed her lastMom called the center later that evening and told staff she will talk to the director in the morningWhen the Director came in the morning she received a call from the hot line about this matter and said they will be out to investigateThey came out and talked to everyone who was there that eveningNothing was found to be true so they closed the caseDuring the time the hot line person was out talking to us, mom was dropping her daughter off for day careMom didn't try to come and talk to director about what had happened she just signed her daughter in and then left for the dayYes a letter was sent home terminating services that evening because they never gave anyone a chance to explain ourselvesThey just called the hot line without hearing the full truth or talking to the director The communication was broken at that timeWe have been in business for over eighteen years and has never been accused of suchWe love all of your children who we care for and will never refuse a child a mealAnother statement is the child can not talk she just turned in MayAnother statement is she only pays $a day only for the days she comeShe has not paid me for day care services for the month of July and Aug so how can you get a refund if she has not paid anything
