Regarding my complaint about Little Supply Co. that I submitted, my order did finally arrive today, 3/26/14. It took 14 days to arrive after I placed the order on 3/12/14. From the info on their envelope, they evidently are using a 3rd party “Supply Chain Execution Company” called [redacted] to ship the order from the customer’s home town rather than their HQ location in Florida. They may be holding down their costs by doing this, but they are giving bad customer service by not supplying UPS tracking numbers in their confirms, and also not responding to voice mails left on their [redacted], or emails being sent to them, or forms being submitted to them from their website.
They just sent an email today, 3/26/14 to say the order shipped, the same day the order was received.
I have placed an order March 19, 2014 and never received my items. Contacted customer service March 31, 2014 to only be hung up on after waiting on the phone for more than 45 mins after calling 5 times. Emailed customer service and was told by [redacted] that she will ask her manager to look into the order to get a better ETA on when the supplies will be delivered and will get back to me the next business day. Spent $241.98 on toiletries and now its April 4, 2014 yet still I have not received an answer to my missing order. Horrible online and customer service experience. I would like cancel my order and receive a refund.
